I visited the place craving for a Waffle and having great experiences at all Belgian waffle shops around India. But today, it was a whole different story. Ordered 2 Waffles while there were no other customers at the shop, it took them half an hour to get the waffles ready. The cashier/manager who attended the place was drunk and the smell of the booze was filled inside the shop! The seats to have a seat were really cramped up and the AC was also not working properly. And they didn’t even provide me with the receipt even tho it was said that, no recipe no payment required, he asked us to pay.

The lady staff was kind and had a good demeanour. Overall a bad experience.

And oh, the waffles also tasted very poor and the chocolate which was put on our waffles was scraped up from somewhere and we were witness to this madness.

I hope the franchise can do better at serving customers and keeping better staff who are not drunk...

Especially for the Waffle Lovers. They serve one of the best waffles. These waffles are so crispy specially when hot. I have ordered two flavours and which was so tasty. Apart from waffles they serve pancakes and waffle cake, that is a worth try. The cooking area is visible to any and which is pretty cool. For the take way, they provide best heating instructions. I think most of em will not notice because of the hurry burry and it will be there outside the package. The price is moderate, not so less and somewhat high if compared only. But worth the price. The seating arrangements could have been expanded because it will occupy maximum of 6 or 7. You will definitely love this place and mainly the cravings for waffle will never get old. Go grab a waffle and enjoy...

I had tried waffles from Kakkand outlet and it was very good. Here the experience was below average. Parking is difficult. The seating space is very limitted. Also the shop size. There was no air flow inside the shop so did nt feel good. It was not a peak time. We ordered belgian chocolate waffle with icecream and triple chocolate waffle. It took half an hour to get the item even though their machines were free and had only on swiggy delivery before us. They were too slowm and I could see even the waffle got burnt. Filling was less compared to other outlet. Like the triple chocolate waffle. But beglian chocolate...
