The food here is not good as it was used to be. I have had buffets and various dishes from their menu in the past. One of my favourite dish is medium rare Tenderloin Steak served with vegetables, mashed potatoes and pepper sauce. Yesterday I was served with an austere Steak dish. The Steak piece was trimmed down to bare minimum and I was like, “what happened to the quantity of meat did the beef prices rise”. But one thing I was sure about was that they changed their Chef. One of the most important thing when cooking is to make sure the dishes are prepared with the right amount of salt. When you don’t know how to salt your dish you better don’t cook. The most important thing for a steak dish is you need to season it up with salt and pepper even if you are not...
