The food here is not good as it was used to be. I have had buffets and various dishes from their menu in the past. One of my favourite dish is medium rare Tenderloin Steak served with vegetables, mashed potatoes and pepper sauce. Yesterday I was served with an austere Steak dish. The Steak piece was trimmed down to bare minimum and I was like, “what happened to the quantity of meat did the beef prices rise”. But one thing I was sure about was that they changed their Chef. No one in their senses would serve such a pathetic dish to their customers. The meat was cooked medium rare and that was the only thing he did right. The pepper sauce was bland and had very less pepper. The vegetables were not cooked properly. Mashed potatoes were not salted properly. Even the dry bread served were not crispy. One of the most important thing when cooking is to make sure the dishes are prepared with the right amount of salt. When you don’t know how to salt your dish you better don’t cook. We went to springs for our Anniversary dinner and had shortlisted this after lot of thought and checking the reviews. had heard great feedback about this place and hence shortlisted this. Unfortunately looks like even they have fallen pray to the hard times. the quality has gone down. we had the buffet. Starters and soup served on the table. chicken tikka was good. Paneer and mushroom i would pass. fish finger felt like the ones bought in stores and fried and served. Ambience: 4/5 nice place. spacious Food: starters 2 veg and 2 non veg chicken tikka was fine but rest could pass. soup was very nice. good assortment of salads and desserts. Main course the fried rice was ok. Mutton Rogan josh was very nice. Pork not to my liking and fish was kung pao i was expecting more of local. Chicken was made in white sauce pasta somehow did not go with the menu and felt it was more of a after thought.
