Attention international travelers: please be very careful at this outlet.

I visited this branch on April 25, 2024. It was one of the most unpleasant café experiences I’ve ever had.

My friend ordered a Red Berry Mojito, but was served a plain watermelon juice instead. When we pointed it out, the female staff (who seemed to be in charge) rudely told us that our taste must be wrong, instead of admitting the mistake.

On the bill, we were also charged for 3 drinks, including a “Storm Energy Drink” we never ordered. When I questioned this, both staff members refused to refund and insisted it was “part of the drink,” which was clearly false. I even checked that it was a separate menu item.

The younger male staff member kept smirking and giving vague explanations the whole time. When we left, both staff stood there smirking at us together, which made the entire situation feel mocking and extremely disrespectful. As an international customer, I felt completely deceived and ridiculed. This is not just about being overcharged — it’s about the lack of honesty and respect. Today was the worst experience that I have had at this place. And it is not the first time. I have been coming to this place for the last six months and I have never had a more harrowing experience than I did today. The staff at the counter took the wrong order and on top of that blamed my friend for it. Instead of accepting that he made a mistake, he said that he did what my friend asked him to do. He placed an order for two combos instead of one. This is not the first time that this has happened. Far from accepting their mistake, they made no arrangements to even help us correct it. This place has gone to the dumps since the staff changed. Please bring back...

just ate at the lalbazar outlet bentinck street.... first I ordered signature cold coffee.... they denied saying " sorry sir we don't have it".... . then they suggested to take Devil's own coffee.... . so I ordered that...then they kept on insisting to take ice cream add on.... when I told I won't take add on...I'll take the regular Devil's own..... . they immediately said they didn't have that too..... and said me to take cold coffee... . I told them to point out on the menu card which one..... they didn't....and just added dark frappe...as they liked.... . so if you want to serve us as you want....then why there is any need of menu card? . Btw taste...
