Calcutta Brew Cafe — Restaurant in Kolkata

Yesterday we had our brunch in this serene atmospheric cafe. The vibes of it are perfect for anytime. It's located just beside the street but noise are far less here. Some good melodies were playing when we had our time there. And it had some good books in its stacks. A pretty good wall graphiti was there about the nostalgic Calcutta. Enough of the environment now coming to their actual charm - Foods. They have plenty of options to try on. We had One Fish kabiraji which came with a large amount. ( If you have in mind to try other dishes , you can easily share this one as half with your partner . ) The fish in the stuffing are of generous amount - juicy and and just perfect of grilling ( not too soft not too hard ). As we also had 2 plates of Veg Spaghetti Bolognese ( which was also of pretty quantity) , we ordered only 1 fish kabiraji. The Bolognese was very creamy with a perfect punch sweet, salt and veggies. Price - Fish Kabiraji - ₹280 ( 1 piece ) Veg Spaghetti Bolognese - ₹180 ( per plate ) . So overall a good experience

Went for a Sunday brunch with pals. The first thing I appreciated was the ambiance, natural lighting, calm and we'll distributed seating. We ordered prawn cocktail and fish n' chips to start with along with some non-alcoholic beverages. Then followed by grilled fish and spaghetti aglio olio. The best part they even accommodated my request to get some hollandaise sauce and extra sauteed vegetables to accompany the mains! The servers were helpful and efficient. Had a gala time there, ended the meal with some lovely blueberry cheesecake, apple pie and obviously coffee. A perfect continental meal in the heart of Park Street where you won't be rushed to vacate the table! A big kudos to the owner Mrs Ganguly who personally came over to check if we needed anything.
