Gupta Brothers - Chandni Chowk — Restaurant in Kolkata

I will avoid this shop. I ordered 3 Chandrakala which with Gst comes to Rs. 79. I paid with a Rs. 2000 note because I did not have any change. The employee in the cash section after returning Rs. 421 was not returning back the rest. After sometime when I asked for it by my gesture he then gave me back three Rs. 500 note. Each note has something written in them. When I wanted to change the same employee argued that it is in pencil so there will be no problem. But I requested to give me other notes from the bunch. In return he used an eraser to erase the writing and gave it to me. In those notes light marks are still left. I have nothing more to say, it happened on 12 th Aug. The shop may be big but their tendencies are doubtful. Because the sweet which I got was broken from middle all...

Located at a very convenient location near GC Avenue Metro exit...its a pure veg restaurant...rather a sweat meat shop... It has two floors...the mezzanine level is for people to sit and eat... A variety of products are available here from gulab jamun to choco mithais...kaju katli, kaju barfi, gajar halwa... Even savouries are available over here like kachori, samosa, dhokla along with gathias, gujias etc... Even few bengali sweets are also available here like rasgulla...they also provide thalis if you are looking for meals... The shop is completely ac...and price of the products over here are on the higher side...however, hygiene wise it is one of the most hygienic...

Extremely worst administration and behavior by specially the Manager and other employees of Chandni Chowk branch. The Manager behaves with the customers in a very unprofessional and disgraceful way. The employees denies to serve as per the requirements of the customers and turns off AC to pressurise the customers to act according to their tune. The bathroom is very unhygienic with no supply of water. The employees and specially the manager of Chandni Chowk branch is a disgrace to your Institution.
