I recently visited this restaurant expecting the usual Haldiram standard of quality and taste, but my experience was extremely disappointing.
To begin with, the dosa I ordered was not properly cooked. Instead of being crisp and golden as it should be, it was soggy and underdone, which made it quite unappetizing. It felt rushed and poorly prepared.
Then came the Chole Bhature – an absolute disaster. The bhature were dripping with oil to the point where the plate had pools of oil collecting on it. It felt overly greasy and unhealthy, and the excess oil completely overpowered the actual flavor of the dish.
Hoping the North Indian food was just a one-off issue, I moved on to try something different and ordered a Chinese meal – only to be served cold food. The noodles and side dish lacked both freshness and temperature. It seemed like they had been cooked long before and just plated without reheating. This is unacceptable, especially when serving items that are best enjoyed hot.
To top it off, I tried the Dahi Vada, hoping at least the traditional snack would be good – but sadly, it wasn’t. The vada was hard and dense, lacking the soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture one expects. The dahi (yogurt) didn’t help much either. I’ve had Dahi Vada at multiple Haldiram outlets before, and this one didn’t come anywhere close to that standard.
Overall, the food lacked quality, attention to detail, and basic freshness. None of the dishes met the expected standard that Haldiram usually maintains. This particular outlet needs serious improvement in both food preparation and quality control. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and raises the bar before more customers leave...
Read moreSo guys this is one of the positive vegetable food restaurant for the veg lovers. This is totally pure veg and you do not need to get scared that they can put any non-veg in it. This place is very hygiene and very big. It’s a very old place of Haldiram. And it’s been years and years that me and my family went there in every Durga Puja and also other times. Food service is very fast even though is too much crowded. And the system of getting your food is really amazing and interesting. It’s self service restaurant but that’s actually really good. They have 10 or 12 counters named as a A,b,c,d… etc , from these counters you have to get your food. And all the food test so great that you would love to go there again and again. Payment service is also amazing they are not so lazy or late. Before getting your food you have to pay for your foods and then you have to take all the tokens to those counters. And then you can enjoy your foods in any table you choose there. And without the food court you have a ground floor where you can get a lot of sweets and chocolates and many more foods from Haldiram. And in Diwali you must visit this place because they Decorate it very well and you can enjoy taking selfies also or you can give treat to your friends or your family also. Because the price is also very less and the food is amazing that’s why i suggest you guys to go there and enjoy the whole ambience and the foods...

They give such 2 huge Bhaturas but chole of quantity only apt for 1 bhatura. Nice technique to make customers Buy extra chole. But this experience is so frustrating that in the middle of having your dish you have to get up and go to purchase extra chole, leaving a bad experience at the end. Above all, the tase is not so good either. Chole taste a little sugary sweet idk why, and those WHITE Bhature, not properly cooked. Come on guys! You can charge ₹20-30 extra but provide appropriate amount at the first place. This interrupted experience shows that this restaurant lacks educated hospitality professionals. This is not the way a Delhi dish is experienced. Restaurant needs to have bigger Dil too. I would urge the owners to experience chole bhature in Delhi once. Also, don’t do a mistake of buying that Kesar Lassi. The one I received was warm and not fresh; pre-prepared lassi kept in unrefrigerated container getting stail. The only good part was the Gulab jamun. It was really very good. Over all I had a very incomplete and dissatisfactory experience. I could not enjoy the food because of the taste and...
