I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Hard Rock Cafe located in Kolkata's iconic Park Street, and I must say it was an enjoyable experience overall. The restaurant perfectly captures the spirit of the Hard Rock brand, with its vibrant atmosphere, rock 'n' roll memorabilia, and live music. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff who escorted me to my table. The interior design is visually captivating, adorned with guitars, autographed posters, and other music-related artifacts. It creates a unique ambiance that is both energetic and nostalgic. The menu at Hard Rock Cafe offers a wide range of American and international dishes. As a fan of classic American comfort food, I decided to try their legendary Legendary Burger. It was indeed a substantial burger with a juicy patty, fresh toppings, and a perfectly toasted bun. The portion size was generous, and the flavors were satisfyingly delicious. The menu also offers options for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions, ensuring that everyone can find something to enjoy. The service at Hard Rock Cafe was prompt and attentive. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and willingly provided recommendations. They were also quick to respond to any requests or inquiries, enhancing the overall dining experience. One of the highlights of my visit was the live music performance. The stage at the center of the restaurant featured talented musicians belting out classic rock hits, which added a fantastic vibe to the atmosphere. It was a treat to enjoy good food while being entertained by talented artists. The only area where Hard Rock Cafe could improve is the noise level. Due to the live music and bustling crowd, the restaurant can get quite loud, making it slightly challenging to hold conversations at times. However, this is also part of the charm for many patrons who visit specifically for the lively environment. In terms of pricing, Hard Rock Cafe falls into the mid-range category. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, the quality of the food, the energetic ambiance, and the live music make it worth the price. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at Hard Rock Cafe in Kolkata's Park Street. It is a great place to indulge in delicious food, enjoy live music, and immerse yourself in the rock 'n' roll culture. HARD ROCK CAFE is a place which needs no introduction, starting from Bangalore , New Delhi and Mumbai , now they are in City Of Joy to presenting the rock culture along with their great american cuisine. HRC , the name says it all basically.. If you are a HRC fan you know the drill. The music,food and the ambiance everything is very very happening over there. Now this place is situated at park mansion in park street area , very easy to locate. As you entered and go from downstairs to the upstairs you will see their motto which is "LOVE ALL SERVE ALL". This place is BIG like approx 5000sqft and can accommodate more than 100 people at once. Recently i visited there and found that they are running a festival which is called " WING-A-BEER" and this all new menu is available from 1st-31st August'19. It's wings and beer time , this means you can enjoy and have an amazing assortment of wings coupled with chilled beers. Now i ordered here - 🍗 NAHM JIHM WINGS - One of the tastiest and juiciest wings i had after a long time. This wings was on the spicer side comes with carrots and the dip. It was perfectly coocked and flavourful. 🍗 ATOMIC BEER BATTERED WINGS - This is a normal deep fried chicken wings which is coated with beer batter and then deep fried. It was truly an atomic bomb. 🍗 JUMBO WINGS PLATTER - If you are come with your group buddies , you should definitely try this bad boi , this platter contains of five different types of wings with 4 yummy dips. A Must Try !! 🍗 BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER WINGS - If you are a vegetarian , don't worry!! You have cauliflower wings to have with your beers. As a non vegetarian i also liked it alot. And coming to the mocktails which i had - 🍹Strawberry basil lemonade: combination of strawberry purrie, with fresh basil leaves & sweet and sour mix. Shaken together, poured into a mason jar, topped up lemon lime soda. 🍹Double Berry Cooler - This cooler is mixed of raspberry syrup, cranberry and sweet topped with lemon lime soda and served in a tall HRC glass. I had few kingfisher beer too cause they have zomato gold offer which mean you get 2+2 on drinks. So, finally i can say that it was a 'BOHUT HARD' Experience. now what are you waiting for ? Just go and dig into their juicy,smoky wings , enjoy the rock music and don't forget to CHUG the beers. Stay Hard and Peace 🤘🏼

Location : Park Street just beside Jio Digital store. Prime Location. Food taste: Below average. Non spicy typical American food. Behaviour : Very rude , just Yo Yo culture 😂😂😆😆. Worthless in behaviour. Waiters are just worthless, untrained & as well as unprofessional, behaved like an uneducated guy. They always run for money. Their relation with you only for money. No personal touch exists there which should be in service industry.Will charge you service tax extra if you are not well aware although as per Indian act they should not charge it extra apart from GST. You should pay only GST @5% extra to your actual bill. Service: Below standard. Food pricing: Unscientific & overpriced. Ambience: Awesome. Live Music : Very nice. Be aware of it's Yo Yo culture . From entry to exit you will find only YO YO YO YO 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Overall: Not at all recomandable. 1 out of 5 i will give. Maximum One time you can visit. But you have to face unscientific , overpriced , below average quality food and untrained , worthless , unprofessional, behaviour of the worthless waiters. Can find good as ambience and Live music only. We have visited Hard Rock Cafe kolkata 13/8/2022 around 8-10.20 pm. We had a very bitter experience...it has totally wasted our evening. After hearing so much fame about your place, we have visited there with a hope to enjoy our evening to the fullest but it has totally turned out to be a nightmare.. The behavior of the waiters are terrible right from the beginning.. Now if I review the food, I will give negative marking.The portion was too small whereas the price is excessive.. To maintain the brand value, you have kept the price at infinity level whereas the quality wise it is below graded... Now if I explain the behavior of the waiters, first of all they have charged service charge which is not compulsory in India . Upon refusing the service charge, the waiter gradually starting misbehaving and also asked my personal details which is a matter of identity issue. Few other staffs were present at the hotel and they were well aware of all the facts. But they remained numb means they actually supported the waiter.. The waiter suddenly put pressure to leave our table and forcefully offered another couple that place.. We were utterly surprised to see such unprofessional behavior.. From food and behaviouical grounds would give negative marking... In the service industry customer satisfaction is the ultimate motto.. But I believe hard rock cafe has forgotten the basic ethics of the service industry... Here, Live music and ambience were absolutely bang on.. So of anyone plans to make the evening as memorable one, then don't dare to go this hail, else you will also ended up with a complete shock. Hope you will take a necessary steps in this regard.

Hard Rock Cafe has finally reopened after lockdown maintaining all safety measures for their customers. Proper sanitization along with temperature check is done before one enters the cafe. Each and every table is properly sanitized before you have a seat. Temperature checking of all the staffs are done before they enter the cafe. Safety isn't expensive, it's priceless! Love American cuisine? Try out the Twisted Max n' Cheese. Craving for Chicken lipsmackers? May be some authentic New York Style Cheesecake? Enjoy a multitude of lipsmackig American dishes only at Hard Rock Cafe, Park Street. Each and every dish is prepared well with perfection with the finest of ingredients. Here are some of the items that we tried from here- - Tupelo Chicken Tenders- This Tupelo Chicken Tenders was an absolute lipsmacker, fried double to crisp, yet retaining it's tenderness. It was crispy from outside and tender from inside. Served with seasoned fries, honey mustard and their in-house made barbeque sauce, these are a must try from this place. - Twisted Mac n' Cheese- This baked mac and cheese is a family favorite recipe, loved by both children and adults. They use a combination of cheeses, layered in the dish as well as melted into a rich and creamy cheese sauce, for the ultimate in cheesy deliciousness, served with grilled chicken and diced red peppers! Perfect for a comforting dinner or as a holiday side dish! - Classic New York Cheesecake- If you’ve been searching for the most rich and creamy cheesecake, this New York style cheesecake might just be it! It completely took me by surprise at first bite. The texture is dreamy creamy, and the flavor is crazy good. - Pineapple Lemonade (mocktail)- A fun twist on classic summer lemonade for all of your parties and fun get togethers. The perfect party punch for kids and adults! Hand-muddled pineapple shaken with a refreshing bubbly lemonade and finished with a grilled pineapple slice. This is a chain very well known all across India .The concept and theme all across India of this brand is almost on the same lines . Coming to this particular hardrock its a huge place with great seating arrangement. They have different bands playing every Thursday . The ambience of this place is cool and chick types . The lights r perfect and so is the music . The staff is very frndly and makes you feel a part of this place . Even if someone has to come alone here to this place they will never ever feel lonely . The hospitality of this place is commendable. Coming to their food, their food has always been good and this outlet has been my favourite. Their food tastes like authentic Mexican food . Tried their Hickery barbeque chicken : It is very tasty and the chicken is succulent comes along with fries , baked beans and salad . I love the taste of the salad . The fries are very nicely made fresh and crispy . The legendary burger : This is a chicken tandoori burger . The patty actually tasted like tandoori types. It was quite filling and lovely in taste accompained with fries and kachumber salad . Garlic bread : 2 very large pieces of garlic bread. They can improve this by adding more butter and garlic on it . It otherwise tastes a bit dry . Carribean jerk chicken : This is from their special menu which is only till december . The chicken was very juicy and soft , had smoke taste accompained with pilaf rice and sauteed veg . It was awesome in taste but a bit on expensive side . Though the place is a bit on expensive side but worth to visit . I would always love to visit this place . All the best team and staff. Special mention to Shini , Suman , Asif , Nesar who have always been welcoming me with a big smile .
