Location : Park Street just beside Jio Digital store. Prime Location. Food taste: Below average. Non spicy typical American food. Behaviour : Very rude , just Yo Yo culture 😂😂😆😆. Worthless in behaviour. Waiters are just worthless, untrained & as well as unprofessional, behaved like an uneducated guy. They always run for money. Their relation with you only for money. No personal touch exists there which should be in service industry.Will charge you service tax extra if you are not well aware although as per Indian act they should not charge it extra apart from GST. You should pay only GST @5% extra to your actual bill. Service: Below standard. Food pricing: Unscientific & overpriced. Ambience: Awesome. Live Music : Very nice.

Overall: Not at all recomandable. 1 out of 5 i will give. Maximum One time you can visit. But you have to face unscientific , overpriced , below average quality food and untrained , worthless , unprofessional, behaviour of the worthless waiters. Can find good as ambience and Live music only.

We have visited Hard Rock Cafe kolkata 13/8/2022 around 8-10.20 pm. We had a very bitter experience...it has totally wasted our evening. After hearing so much fame about your place, we have visited there with a hope to enjoy our evening to the fullest but it has totally turned out to be a nightmare.. The behavior of the waiters are terrible right from the beginning.. Now if I review the food, I will give negative marking.The portion was too small whereas the price is excessive.. To maintain the brand value, you have kept the price at infinity level whereas the quality wise it is below graded... Now if I explain the behavior of the waiters, first of all they have charged service charge which is not compulsory in India . Upon refusing the service charge, the waiter gradually starting misbehaving and also asked my personal details which is a matter of identity issue. Few other staffs were present at the hotel and they were well aware of all the facts. But they remained numb means they actually supported the waiter.. The waiter suddenly put pressure to leave our table and forcefully offered another couple that place.. We were utterly surprised to see such unprofessional behavior.. From food and behaviouical grounds would give negative marking... In the service industry customer satisfaction is the ultimate motto.. But I believe hard rock cafe has forgotten the basic ethics of the service industry... Here, Live music and ambience were absolutely bang on.. So of anyone plans to make the evening as memorable one, then don't dare to go this hail, else you will also ended up with a complete shock.

However, our attempt was abruptly halted by a female security guard of Park Mansions(As Stated by Her) who approached us in a rather rude manner, stating that we couldn't take pictures in the vicinity. I politely informed her that I was a customer of the Hard Rock Cafe, to which she reluctantly permitted us to proceed with our photography. What perplexed me was the lack of any signage either outside or inside the building indicating that photography was prohibited. Despite this, the security guard displayed audacity in restricting our actions. When I questioned her about this discrepancy, she responded dismissively, suggesting that such rules were implied and not necessarily written down. This explanation was not only unsatisfactory but also reflected poorly on the professionalism of the security staff. Furthermore, her response to my assertion of legal understanding was both condescending and unwarranted. As a person with a legal background, I am well aware of the importance of clearly defined rules and regulations, especially in public spaces. As a customer, I found this interaction not only unwarranted but also indicative of a lack of transparency in the establishment's policies. If photography is indeed prohibited in certain areas, it is imperative that this information be clearly communicated to patrons through visible signage or verbal advisories upon entry. The arbitrary enforcement of undisclosed rules by security personnel only serves to create unnecessary friction and tarnish the customer experience. I urge the management of Hard Rock Cafe, Park Mansions, to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and reassess their approach to customer relations and communication. While I remain a fan of the Hard Rock brand, such encounters detract from the overall enjoyment of what should be a memorable dining experience.
