I didn't even want to give it this one star but needed to do so in order to proceed with the review. This place is disgusting and absolutely disgusting in terms of consumer behaviour. So we went on a saturday and were a large group of 14. They were only allowing couple entry and we had the exact ratio of 7 guys and 7 girls. 4 of our friends were yet to come and we informed the manger about the same. He told us that he would check their "profile" before giving them entry , we found that offensive but complied with it anywho in order to get entry. It was as early as 6pm but it was crowded due to saturday. When finally our friends reached the manager denied them entry on terms that he didn't like their profile. This "profile" that he kept mentioning really irked us and upon asking us what he means by it he said that he doesn't like the way they are looking. I mean this being 2016 how can we still hear such comments about how someone is looking. And mind you all the guys were dressed in shirts and jackets and shoes and belong to good families. A place that understood customer requirements for an apt ambience very well but failed to sync the pricing with the overall value they provide.

Here is an example. Twice & Nice hookah with Teachers 50 base (60ml), costs 1,325/- (without GST); One would expect it to be mind blowing but it ended up having no after effect. Pathetic is one adjective that can describe it very precisely.

The overall ambience is amazing, foods are very much satisfactory, so are the cocktails. From the unending list of cocktails they offer, I would suggest to try Smoky Bourbon that is made of Bourbon Whisky and Citrus juice. Still, the prices are way too higher than it should be (considering the status quo).

They even added service charge along with GST in the bill but, upon refusing to pay the service amount, they deducted it from the bill.

Went for a MixMag event there. The staff was sniffing all the time for individuals and rich brats or people who are there flood them with orders starting from food to premium labelled drinks to hookahs. Don’t be surprised if there stock of starting range liquor goes of stock during the peak hours and your table is moved in middle of your course and you are asked to step aside in some corner of the pub because they want to give that space and table to the same group of rich brats who are there to stash all their cash!
