Adding to our disappointment was the issue of delayed service. Our orders took an unexpectedly long time to arrive at our table, leaving us waiting and hungry for an extended period. This not only disrupted the flow of the meal but also contributed to a growing sense of frustration.
As concerned customers who were genuinely looking forward to enjoying a pleasant dining experience, we decided to share our feedback with the staff. Regrettably, our attempt to communicate our concerns was met with a dismissive response. One of the staff members we approached seemed uninterested and uttered the disheartening words, "I don't want to hear more." This response left us feeling unheard and undervalued as patrons.
In conclusion, our visit to the restaurant left much to be desired. The combination of tasteless food, prolonged service delays, and the staff's unwillingness to engage constructively with our feedback cast a shadow over what could have been a positive dining outing. It is my hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for both the restaurant management and potential future diners.
Edit: After sharing my concerns, I was pleasantly surprised by the owner's receptive attitude towards my feedback. They took my observations seriously and assured me that they would use this valuable input to facilitate their growth and improvement. This willingness to listen and learn was indeed commendable.
As a result of this interaction, I am inclined to update my initial review from a 1 to a 4. It’s reassuring to know that the owner is committed to enhancing the dining experience for future patrons.

• Peri Peri cheesy fries - One of the most recommended dishes at the cafe. With the perfect amount of that peri peri spice mix and cheesy and normal mayos on top,you are bound to go for a 2nd one if hungry !
• Hot & Spicy Chicken Strips - Be it the crunch from the outer covering or be it the moist and juicy chicken,each and everything fried(including this one) here is BETTER than KFC. Yes,you read that right 👍
• Laousiana Pasta(White Sauce pasta) - The white sauce along with those nice pieces of shredded chicken and veggies was the best I ever had. The sauce could have had more cheese tho

Other than that, we had also ordered Mac & Cheese which was tasteless and bland,Garlic Bread- cheese was served uncooked initially and then we had request them to kindly cook it and serve, and finally Paneer Cracker Burger was so bad that I had to return it, and it was an upsetting task to convince them to cancel a badly made dish. In the end, after requesting them to cancel again and again and after having a conversation with their manager ( who was not present during working hours), telling their chef that their quality is not edible and unacceptable, in response to which she said that, "humare yaha aisa hi hota hai ma'am, and hum cancel nahi kar sakte hai", I had to say that I will not pay the money for the returned paneer cracker since the mistake was from their side. After a heated argument, we paid for the remaining items and left.
If I am paying money for eating something at your cafe, it is the moral responsibility of the cafe to provide me with quality food.
