KFC — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Highly unsatisfied experience

I order through KFC app for delivery and the location from store is less than 1 km. My order was placed to KFC Pune- hinjewadi about 8 pm and the waiting time showed of 8:35 pm and slowly it went on increasing on the tracker it showed that order was picked up by delivery person and is on the way. Around 1 hour past but the order was not delivered, After 1 more hours now it was 10:15 pm it was still not there I tried calling the store but no one picked up then called the helpline but they did not helped saying this is not pune and keep on transferring the call to pune which in the end did not connect. I tried multiple times calling the number everytime it went the same way. Then i had to walk to the store since it was about to get closed to inquire about my order and the manager did not show any concern instead was saying the order was picked from our store but delivery person has delayed it and its his fault.

He said we don't have our delivery person we ask other delivery service like swiggy and zomato guy to deliver our order... I think if they don't have proper delivery management they should not do delivery orders at all.

He just gave me whatever was left since the store was about to close and he wanted to shut which was not at all friendly. I had to come back paying so much and spending so much effort,time and money which was highly unsatisfied...

I will not order online from this store because yesterday I ordered from this store and I faced the following issues : 1. The zinger burger bread used was not a genuine bread used by KFC outlets which is freshly fluffy with grainy texture, rather there zinger burger bread was a cheaply purchased one from local shop which was extremely rubbery to eat so thumbs down ! on that. 2. I would like to highlight that although the driver delivery boy was extremely friendly to handle delivery issues from his end, but the store manager was a totally unprofessional manager who called me asking whether my order is delivered or not, I said no your delivery boy is having difficulty with address, upon hearing this he changed his mind and said sir your order is still with us our delivery boy is not dispatched/picked up your order yet to bluff the customer, he was trying to be oversmart to customer and thats very dissapointing...look at the attached image of zinger burger bread its one cheap refined flour bread that comes at 5 rupees from local kirana shop...trust me I m a kfc eating machine since 5 years anybody can easily identify kfc original bread material that is used for preparation from the...

I love KFC like anything. I usually visit KFC at spot18 and Baner. And I was excited about this new franchise at Hinjewadi. So i decided one day and popped up at the front door of this KFC restaurant. Service was good. Fast order and delivery although it was a busy day. However, the place is bit small. Even the kitchen is also congested; I could see workers struggling inside. Coming to the chicken and the food. I tried hot and crispy bucket, pop corn chicken, chicken zinger burger, large pepsi, french fries and chicken longer.

Hot&Crispy chicken was of medium to large size. I felt it could have been more juicier. Burgers and longers were good. I suggest you go for cheaper chicken longer compare to burgers. (Upto you) The chicken popcorn were well above my expectation. French fries was horrible as usual. Large Pepsi was LARGE. Try without ice.
