Terrible Experience at Hotel Madhuban
I am deeply disappointed and utterly appalled by the discriminatory treatment I received at Hotel Madhuban during my recent visit. As a regular customer who has previously enjoyed their services with friends, my expectations were high. However, the way I was treated when I visited with my son was completely unacceptable.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I specifically requested a family room, as I wanted a suitable environment for my son. Shockingly, I was denied access to the family room on the grounds that I needed a female companion with me. This policy is not only discriminatory but also highly offensive. It implies that a father is incapable of taking care of his own child without a female presence, which is an outdated and sexist mindset.
The lack of sensitivity and respect exhibited by the staff at Hotel Madhuban is simply unacceptable. I had no choice but to move out and find accommodation elsewhere, which caused inconvenience and unnecessary stress during my trip. This incident has left a lasting negative impression, and I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before choosing Hotel Madhuban.
It is my hope that the management of Hotel Madhuban takes immediate action to rectify their discriminatory policies and practices. It is essential for them to train their staff to treat all customers with respect and fairness, regardless of their gender or the presence of a female companion. Additionally, they must update their website and marketing materials to accurately reflect the available amenities, ensuring transparency for all guests.
As a former regular customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. Hotel Madhuban has lost my trust and the trust of countless potential customers who value inclusivity and honesty. I sincerely hope that they take this feedback seriously and work towards creating a more welcoming and inclusive environment for...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Madhuban Family Restaurant in Wakad, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
The first thing that struck me was the inviting ambiance. The restaurant exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a family outing or a dinner with friends. The interior decor was tastefully done, and the seating arrangement allowed for a cozy and comfortable dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the food. The menu at Madhuban Family Restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and I was impressed by the diverse selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I tried several dishes during my visit, and each one was a culinary delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was top-notch. Whether you're a fan of North Indian cuisine or prefer something from the tandoor, this place has something to satisfy every palate.
One of the standout features of Madhuban is their ample parking space. It's a relief to find a restaurant in Wakad with convenient parking, making it hassle-free for patrons.
The service was also worth mentioning. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
In conclusion, Madhuban Family Restaurant in Wakad is a hidden gem for those looking for exceptional food in a delightful ambiance. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area or even those willing to make a short trip for a memorable dining experience. I'll definitely be returning soon to savor more of their...
Read moreExtremely Disappointing Experience
I recently dined at this hotel and, unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst food experiences I've had.
I ordered Manchow Soup, crispy Chilli Potato, and Kadhai Paneer. Out of the three, only the Manchow Soup was decent—hot, flavorful, and well-balanced. Sadly, that’s where the positives end.
The crispy Chilli Potato was oddly sweet aftertaste that just didn’t sit right. It tasted like it had been reheated rather than freshly made.
But the worst offender was the Kadhai Paneer. It was completely tasteless, lacking any of the spices or richness you'd expect from such a classic Indian dish. I had to return it. Shockingly, what they brought back was the same dish with just some laal chutney mixed into the gravy, clearly an attempt to mask the lack of flavor rather than fix the problem. It was lazy and borderline disrespectful to serve that as a solution.
To make matters worse, the service was terrible—slow, inattentive, and unbothered by feedback. If I could give -1 star for service, I would.
Overall Rating: 1/5 Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal or even basic hospitality. A truly...
