the pancakes and waffles were yummy but the service was terrible i was inquiring about the pastries and one of them couldnt understand me and said what-what 3 times, the other assisted the one and he or she started laughing and talking to that person, no sorry no my bad no decorum and decent behaviour my friend ordered waffles but they gave her pancakes and then argued that she ordered for pancakes, that person was in her head had no presence of mind all acted like college kids throughout, acted like we couldnt see them, behaved immaturly and laughing and making noise we couldnt go back because even tho goods are good this experience was terrible...

Pancake 99 matunga branch is not worth it at all – it can’t even be compared to Belgian Waffle. We had ordered the ₹249 Waffle Pocket. Initially, we were sitting inside, but then they asked us to wait outside and told us it would take 25 to 30 minutes. So we went a bit ahead for a while. But when we came back at the time they themselves mentioned, they said, ‘Your order has been ready for a while now.’ I told them, you had asked us to come after 25–30 minutes! And when I checked the waffle, it had become soggy. Very bad...
