Owner is extremely rude and customers are treated terribly! I had made a pre-booking on the pool table but when we got there there our booked slot had already been given away to a walk-in, not only that the next slot after that had also been given away by the owner! When I questioned the owner as to why he took payment from two walk-ins when he had taken my pre- booking, he didn't give me a straight reply. The second time I asked him he started shouting in my face. While a mix up in booking slots is understandable, the lack of an apology and on top of that aggressively shouting at a frequent and paying customer is highly unacceptable and goes to show what kind of an organization this is. This is not the only time I've had a bad experience here. It's happened twice where we've placed a food order and the staff has promptly forgotten about it, and only started preparing it an hour later after I reminded them. Parking here in the evening is sort of difficult, I went here for the simracing equipment They had a logitech wheel and pedals but it was in a sorry state. The upshift was broken and the wheel was not attached to the table properly so it moves when you try and drive, with the force feedback it's really difficult to drive because of the shifty setup. The other equipment such as PS5 and computers seemed fine but I didn't try it out, they have pool tables as well, I'd be happy to go try it out if they fix the wheel and the setup Overall the place has a nice ambience and...
