Al-Baik — Restaurant in Mumbai

Not worth it at all, just ordered a burger here by God when I was having at my home,I dont know if there bread are low quality or they are using un-fresh breads I dont know, but quality of burger is really disappointing, even though I had there special al-baik burger which the counter guy said it's the best here, every burger is a low quality replica of KFC zinger, even though they have zinger burger too in the menu yet every burger taste like downgraded version of zinger, they have kept there restaurant name as Al-baik, for those who dont know it is a famous Saudi Arabian franchise, by the name of Al-baik and seriously these people should change there name, if those who are just coming here thinking that Al-baik chain is in India seriously guys dont even think trying there burger it's nowhere near the real Al-baik, seriously they should change the name,its better if I would have had burger of Rajasthan hotel which is right opposite of this...

We went to Al Baik in Khar West cuz we wanted to avoid McDonald's, Domino's, Pizza Hut, and KFC. But man, it was a total letdown compared to the Al Baik in Chiplun.

Food quality was super bad. The pizza crust was too stiff. The pizza and chicken popcorn had way too much corn flakes coating and a huge lack of chicken. Like, they doubled down on the corn flakes but skimped on the chicken. We ordered chicken popcorn (15 pcs on the menu). What they gave us was like crushed up corn flakes with hardly any chicken.

We thought Al Baik would be a good alternative to those other fast food joints, but Khar West was a miss. We expected at least the same kinda experience as Chiplun, but nope.

Feedback to Al Baik: pls sort out the quality and customer experience. We came here hoping for better stuff than McDo's, Domino's, Pizza...
