Read moreI recently visited Aloha – The Mumbai House for dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.
Mosquito Problem – The restaurant had a serious mosquito issue, making it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. Limited Dessert Options – It was my wife’s birthday, and to our surprise, the only desserts available were ice cream and gulab jamun—hardly what one would expect from a restaurant of this standard. Uninformed Staff – The waiters had little to no knowledge about the dishes on the menu, making it difficult to get recommendations or understand how the food was prepared. Service Charge for Poor Service – Despite the subpar service, a service charge was added to the bill, which I paid unwillingly. Billing Issues – They forgot to charge me for a drink, and I later received multiple calls and WhatsApp messages about it—quite unprofessional. Swiggy Offer Not Honored – My booking was through Swiggy, which had a flat 40% discount, but they did not apply it to my bill.

Would not recommend unless they improve their management and...
