I have been ordering food from Greens Veg Restaurant for almost 10 years now, and the quality has always been excellent. Recently, I finally visited the restaurant in person for the first time, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations.

I tried the veg bao here for the very first time, and I completely fell for it. Soft, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, it instantly became one of my new favorites on the menu. Greens has always been known for its wide variety of vegetarian dishes, and this visit reminded me once again why I have been a loyal customer for so many years.

The interiors deserve a special mention. The restaurant is very well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to dine in. After years of only ordering from here, it felt refreshing to finally sit inside and enjoy the cozy, well-kept environment.

The service by the waiters was equally impressive. They were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the visit. From guiding us with the menu to serving quickly and courteously, they made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.

What I loved the most was the consistency – even after a decade of ordering, the taste and service inside the restaurant matched the same high standards I’ve always received at home. That kind of reliability is rare, and Greens definitely stands out because of it.

Located on the New link road this place has been serving quality food for a long time although it is advisable to visit here during the weekdays since this restaurant is quite full and you will need to wait during the weekends.

Now coming to the food we had ordered the Paneer Kadai, Butter Nan, Plain Wheat Roti, Masala Papad and buttermilk to complete the food. The Quantity of the food they serve is the highlight of this restaurant. It is enough to suffice three people. The Paneer cubes were big and soft and you could feel the freshness while eating. The gravy was also really good and neither too spicy nor too mild as we had stated. Also, these guys took care to not add any capsicum to the sabzi as were the instruction which is nice.

Coming to the nan and roti, the butter nan was nice and soft and there was a generous quantity of butter flowing throughout the nan. The roti was also nice and plain but the edges seemed to have been burned due to overcooking or roasting. But that does happen sometimes and that was ok. The masala papad was also nice and it was topped with freshly chopped tomatoes and onions, coriander, and spicy chilli powder which made it taste lovely.

To complete the food the buttermilk was really good and the best part was that the dahi was fresh and was not sour at all as is generally the case during summers. The staff is nice and friendly and the ambiance is really good with good seating space in both A/C and non-A/C sections. On September 9th, I placed an order with your restaurant through Swiggy at 7:54 pm. However, by 9:30 pm, the order had not yet been delivered, and I understand that the delivery partner was unavailable, which is beyond your control. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I personally visited your restaurant to collect the order.

During my visit, I encountered an issue with the restaurant staff. The communication was extremely rude, and I was informed that the order could only be handed over to the delivery partner, which I found to be disappointing but understandable due to certain processes in place. When I asked for a possible solution, the response was to cancel the order, which I proceeded to do. While I did receive a refund, the food I was looking forward to enjoying went to waste.
