Our evening was enriched by Chef Sadik, who personally visited each table, sharing anecdotes and the history behind every dish. This personal touch elevated our dining experience, making it not just a meal but a journey through the flavors of Asia.

The “Dragon Sour” and “Vietnamese Punch” were delightful Mocktails to start our gastronomic adventure. The Chef's Table presented a symphony of flavors, from the “Aona Goma ae” (spinach in sesame sauce) nutty richness to the “Chicken Carpaccio’s” delicate balance.

The dim sum selection, featuring Charcoal Prawn Hargao and Chicken Poached Water, showcased the chef's expertise in crafting these delectable bite-sized wonders. The Blue Forest Asparagus Tempura and Nigiri Roasted Pepper brought a delightful crunch.

"I recently visited China Bistro and had an absolutely delightful experience! The ambience was pleasant, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing meal. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Now let's talk about the food – it was simply amazing! We started with some refreshing mocktails, the Vietnamese punch and dragon, both of which were not only tasty but also beautifully presented. Moving on to the appetizer, the pepper and lemon clear chicken soup was a comforting treat, perfectly balancing the flavors of pepper and citrus.

For starters, we indulged in the prawns tempura roll, crunchy avocado roll, and fire-roasted Mandarin chicken – all bursting with flavor and impeccably prepared.

For the main course, we savored the Sichuan dan dan ramen chicken and stir-fried black rice chicken, both of which were new experiences for us and turned out to be incredibly tasty choices.

After so much of eating we absolutely didn't have space for dessert but they served us a complimentary dessert that looked like a bread pudding topped with shavings of dry fruit which was absolutely amazing.
