Cuisine La Panthera's menu is a symphony of flavors and textures that pays homage to Spanish & Italian culinary traditions while pushing the boundaries of contemporary gastronomy. The emphasis on the quality of ingredients was a highlight for a foodie like me.

Highlighted Dishes: ** Burata Di Bufala - Pizza was one of the best i have tasted in the city ** Margherita- Pizza the simpliest of pizza made to perfection with the best quality dough, tomatos & cheese **Baked Brie - They have taken this tapas to another level with finest of brie cheese topped with almond brittle and truffle oil. The truffle oil gave it a complete different dimension. ** Tiramisu La Panthera Way - I have no words for this masterpiece creation. White chocolate crips with mascarpone cheese, coffee ice cream & coffee dust made it exceptional. One of the very best dessert i have had in a long time.

Oh my God food!!!!

I am going to leave a review separately for Interiors, Food, bar and the service.

INTERIORS: The decor is very grand and luxurious. The grand walls in the chandeliers make it look gorgeous. The beautiful entry door is sexy! Music is good.

FOOD: Chef Manuel does a wonderful job yet again. The food quality is excellent, the taste is top-notch, the ingredients are fresh. Each and every dish took us by surprise. The Burrata salad’s pesto, the tangy, sweet, mild spicy taste of the ceviche, The secret wasabi in beetroot carpaccio and the generous Parmesan drizzle, the amazing sauce, and crunch on the meatball, the sauce in the Gambas Al Ajillo, the lobster in the roll, the Nduja in the pizza…. Uhhhh! Still drooling! The Tiramisu is MIND BLOWING, yet again! This time with a touch of gold!!

BAR: they have a good selection of alcohol, good cocktail menu as well. Even if you choose the classic ones or the curated list of cocktails, all of all of it will make you DOUBLE HAPPY! Try the picante and the double happiness Hopefully soon they will have bar nights!

SERVICE: The Service is a little messed up, too many servers standing in the restaurant, so many people you’ll spot in kitchen I was so good a few of our orders wrong. so clear that it was the first day. Well I am assuming that this would improve.
