I got my friend here for coffee & she is coffee lover, I convinced her to come here in Khar with me for coffee & she travelled all the way from Mulund just for one cup of coffee at your place. The last time I was here coffee was good & it was served in good mugs, was expecting the same kind of coffee in mugs but it was a complete waste coming here. Firstly we were given coffee in paper mugs & when asked why mugs are not given, the staff answered there is water issue & we cannot wash the mug hence we served in paper mugs. Atleast at the time of order you need to inform that we are serving in take away paper mugs so are you okay with that, that would have been so much appreciated. Anyways we asked them to give us in coffee mugs they did replace it, appreciate that gesture, as we are coffee lovers we knew what to expect from this place but the coffee was really bad with taste, I really din’t feel like I came back to the place I liked coffee at. Cappuccino was bad then I guess the cafe is going on a toss & was very disappointed with Iced Americano reason for that is the iced used was not fresh & while drink I could only get taste of iced & no Americano in the same. There was a layer of soap on the top which is obviously not consumable. Really disappointed & definitely won’t come back & won’t recommend...

The restroom is a little shady, unlike what other cafes offer. 🤔The atmosphere was okay as I tried getting some work done but there were many distractions around my seating, especially from the staff and the manager. They just kept talking out loud and about personal stuff too, which seemed a little unprofessional. 🥖Blue Tokai always have their in-house baked goods that are on display and for sale in attractive packaging, with different types of breads and healthy options. ☀️The window next to my seat had strong afternoon sunrays coming in which was a contrast to the chiller air conditioning inside. The lighting inside in general is quite adequate otherwise. 💻It's a good place for co-working or sitting with your workstation for hours as most people here seemed to be doing. 🥙The sandwich I tried was average, but I was disappointed with them not having certain items from the menu like the Kombucha.
