Read moreAbsolutely poor management. The wait staff are like headless chicken who don't have any idea of what's going on. The floor manager is more concerned with clearing empty plates than managing seating and service. The food was below average. This was our second visit to this place. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and revisited it even after having a very below average experience.
Firstly, the wait staff is very disorganised. It took them 15 mins just to put out the plates and cutlery. Seeing that it was a Saturday, we ordered items which are almost ready to serve like tikka, mezze platter, shawarma platter and mandi. All the items are ready to serve. And yet it took them 45 mins to get the first order out. A meal which could have been wrapped in 30 mins took more than 90 mins to complete. The appetizers were burnt, the hot mezze was served cold. Overall a very poor dining experience. Would never visit this place again and would recommend others to avoid as well.
A word of advice to the owner. Restaurants success is decided by the number of customers that eat and leave. Not by the number of people standing outside the door. Instead of standing outside and chatting, peek inside and see what's going on on the floor and...
