GOOD FLIPPIN' BURGERS — Restaurant in Mumbai

I'd seen a few joints of this establishment across Mumbai during a recent visit to the city but I never got the opportunity to try their fare until my final day whilst waiting for my flight at the Mumbai international airport. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my order of the "Kerfuffle" buff burger to be ready, which shows that it was prepared from scratch. It looked pretty damn good when I opened up the box but after sinking my teeth into it and experiencing the taste - it was next level stuff! Having dined at some of the best burger chains across Australia and the US, at first I was somewhat apprehensive about what to expect but in all honesty, this is the absolute BEST burger I have ever tasted! So much so that I offered some of it to my wife (who isn't a big burger fan) but she too was completely blown away by the taste! I can't quite put my finger on it, but this burger had an amazing burst of flavour that I hadn't expected. We didn't taste any of the other buff or chicken burgers so can't comment on their goodness, but with this particular burger, my gosh.. we were in Kerfuffle heaven!! I also ordered a side of Peri Peri fries with garlic aioli dip which was pretty damn good by itself. Be that as it may, it was completely overshadowed by the Kerfuffle! Whether it's veg or chicken, their burgers are top-tier—juicy patties that make you forget about the likes of Burger King and McDonald's. The fries? I read good reviews about this restaurant . The restaurant is at a busy intercross , basically lacks hygiene . The Sheekh kebab was quite tender and nice and the pudina chutney . We ordered mutton ghosht and a chicken dish - gravy was good - meat dint like the texture and was not cooked well .too oily and very spicy .
