Hangout Cakes & Gourmet Foods — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had ordered 2 blueberry cupcakes via Zomato. It was Buy one get one free offer on Zomato. However the this Borivali West outlet of Hangouts sent only one + one blueberry cupcakes. As I ordered 2 cupcake which had buy one get one free offer, I should have got 4 cupcakes in total. The quantity on Zomato was 2 items....hence I called the outlet. The person who received the call ....to whom I explained the situation...they said they received only one order on their system...she connected with me on watsapp...asked yo send me bill copy which sent...thrm she asked my address....I gave....but later nothing happened....I msgd her twice and called her twice asking about the remaining cupcakes...she said she will check with her senior and never responded after that. So they have pathetic...

Bought a chocolate cake yesterday. The gentleman on the counter confirmed that it was freshly delivered at 4.30 pm on the same day. Upon having a small piece each in the night, we noticed that the cake was a bit sour in taste which is abnormal for a chocolate cake. Uponn calling the store this evening, the gentleman asked " We don't sell old cakes. How much is left?" We are totally disgusted with the kind of response. Therefore, we have decided to NEVER AGAIN visit this store in future. Forced to give 1 star rating since 0 star rating or even half a star rating is...

I order a valentines cake for 10000k for valentines surprise for my girlfriend, and i live in America from last 6 year and still i was trying to do some surprise for her. But on 13th feb they are calling the customer whome they suppose to deliver the cake, (i.e mine girlfriend) and giving her all the information about the cake and the delivery date and time.. this is such a stupidity that they have done to me. Now tomorrow is the valentines day and she already knew everything what she gonna expect. I dnt know what to say about there customers...
