Hotel Shingar — Restaurant in Mumbai

It's the second time that I've visited over here today. This time was better than last time as they have changes in the appearance. It is painted now so it feels clean and good while having food here. Coming to menu, well they have pretty good menu consisting of Chinese, Punjabi and North Indian food. We had Paneer Chilly Dry and Veg Soft Noodles. The taste is okay and of course can be much better. But it is worth the price. They also have ice-creams, cold drinks and Juices. Coming to Ambience, the ambience is okay. The staff here is nice and quick. I found the restaurant good and is worth the price. Should definitely give it a try.

PS: The taste of food for Punjabi or North Indian foods might be different than that of chinese. Would post the review once I try more...

Tried the Veg Thaali. Really good! 3 chapattis, Paneer masala or whatever (taste very good), Choley ( not sure how it's spelt, but taste very good), Raita, Daal (Always taste the daal first. If the cook can cook a great daal, he can cook everything great) Daal- Excellent!, Sweet curd, Papad, pickle. And yeah, Jeera rice. All this for Rs. 180/-. Nice restaurant. Great variety of food starting from tanduri items to rolls to standard meal etc. Food is tasty and also pocket friendly. Service is fast and effective.
