Mad Over Donuts — Restaurant in Mumbai

Ordered a box of 6 donuts using Zomato from this location and the shop sent 3 donuts without the toppings. When we spoke to the outlet they apologized and asked us to bring the box back to replace it, which beats the point of ordering the product from a third party site and getting it delivered. When we spoke to Zomato they put a request for another order which was complimentary on Zomato's behalf. The outlet then proceeded to call us and ask if we placed another order. When we informed them that we spoke to Zomato and explained what happened they had the audacity to say that they are sending a boy to collect the wrong order and not to return it to the Zomato deliver person. Pathetic customer service...

Pathetic servers, unsafe food. We had recently visited MOD Breach Candy, I had ordered their ''newly launched'' cupcakes. Almost halfway down I bit into a tiny white opaque plastic chip. Damn! was scary as it was quite a piece of plastic which indeed can cause damage if swallowed. We complained and showed them but the servers were very casual about it and said we are giving you another one complimentary. Not even really bothered to consider checking it with their kitchen nor letting us process the complaint further since it was quite rushed and crammed at the doorway (where the counter is) they weren't even listening. I wish they get sued by quality control for serving...

The best place where u can actually go to have amazing Donuts. Their donuts are totally amazing, it's fresh and soft. There are various options to choose from. There's coffee/ refreshment drinks/ shakes which are all very rich in flavor. The prices are pretty affordable too, considering the quantity and quality of the dessert provided. The staff members are also very kind and patient with customer's. When I visited the store there was no red velvet donut, so they quickly prepared a new batch in just 10 mins.
