McDonald's — Restaurant in Mumbai

Busy, filled with technical flaws, but it may be your only McDonalds option in the area .

Visited in the late afternoon (4:30PM), in a hot, hazy and humid afternoon. Instead of ordering in the quick dessert spot downstairs we decided to go upstairs so our deserts could actually remain frozen while eating.

None of the 3 machines were connecting to their payment system, so you would waste your time building an entire order to be unable to pay.

The machine generated a code and asked us to give to the cashier and pay for it. When giving the number the cashier was clueless and had absolutely no eagerness to help. So we provided the whole order again, to then be told we have to go downstairs for it.

So we had to go downstairs, take another queue present the receipt to then get our desserts. The black forest swirl was disgusting. It wasnt properly mixed ao you had all the chocolate fudge on the bottom, the cherry on the top and the brownie, i thought the whole idea was to have a SWIRL, but maybe I misinterpreted it. Definitely a flop.

All around, unless you are a teenager (which was 95% of the demographics taking the tables upstairs) this place...

my order was Mc Maharajah chicken came without cheese and sauce. This is the worst Burger In the world. I never see the Burger without cheese and sauce. I asked themthat Burger have no cheese and no sauce then they put cheese on it without heating. You are telling melting cheese but there is no cheese. What do you say about this?. Wait Still not finish there is no hand wash available, they said there is some problem in hand wash, then they can provide temperory hand wash. Bill also not given by themselve. I asked them manager's mobile number for compIaint but they didn't given. I asked customer service number also not given, they don't like to give complaint. I have seen the worst Mc Donald in the world. Now I decided and I will never visit to any Mc Donald's. I will inform to my friends don't visit to Colaba branch.
