Pizza Hut, Girgaon (Mumbai) - I recently visited the Pizza Hut outlet in Girgaon, Mumbai, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The washroom was locked, and when I inquired, the staff said there was a water shortage. While I understand that such issues can happen, the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional.

The employee I interacted with was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a polite explanation or an alternative solution, they outright refused to let me use the washroom in front of around 10 other customers, leaving me embarrassed. If we are paying for a meal at a well-known brand like Pizza Hut, the least we expect is basic service, which includes access to a washroom.

The items are overpriced if ordered from zomato and no toppings were provided when I order from zomato. The veg supreme pizza was smelly with weird taste. The phone no they have provided either it doesn’t exist or switched off according to IVR.

When I checked on google reviews for this particular pizzahut on Charni Road 90% reviews are the same such as weird smell or taste, rude behaviour of staff, items missing or wrong items. Never going to order from pizzahut India or Zomato.

I wonder why no food inspector checked the quality of items provided by this franchise on Charni Road branch and why pizzahut India top management has not taken any action on this particular branch after receiving 90% of negative review...

Very Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut

Visited the outlet at 12:00 PM, and to our surprise, no staff was available to take the order. We were asked to wait for 10 minutes as “the two girls who handle the orders were out.” This was highly unprofessional and frustrating, especially since the shop was open but no one was available to assist customers.
