Pizza Hut | Kohinoor Sqaure Dadar, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

The taste of the pizza hasn't changed at all, which is a plus point ! Compared to other Pizza Hut outlets, I would never come back here to dine in anytime soon again. We had a very bad and disappointing experience here. The ordering counter is on the first floor and seating area on the ground floor. After placing our order we confirmed with the person if they would serve downstairs, and they said yes. Another employee called us from the first floor to inform us that our order was ready but nobody served it downstairs for next 10 mins. Annoyed we went upstairs and got the pizza, the person packing the orders had forgotten to provide the ketchup, tissues and even oregano packets. The mall is newly built and does not have many outlets open and active right now. Hence they had shut the central AC. We had to sit in a hot environment, sweating while we ate the pizza. And to add to it, there were ALOT of mosquitos to give us company as there was NO COOLING AT ALL. After our meal I went to speak with the concerned person to give him all this feedback and he just denied everything ! An apology was way far away, he just kept on assuring that it cannot happen that they didn't serve us downstairs. Also claimed that they would never forget the extras with the order (such as oregano, ketchup or tissues). As a result we just left in pure disappointment. P.S. We had called the number provided here to ask if dine in is open and it connected us to the pizza ordering team. The person assured me a call back from this outlet. It has been a week. The food tasted really good at par with Pizza Hut standards, but there are two major flaws with this outlet;

Understaffed. Causing massive delays (hour long) to ready takeaway orders of simple appetisers. The app displayed readied after 30mins, the estimated delivery time. It took them further 30mins to get the food prepared. That too they delivered incomplete & with missing add-ons.

The cook does not bother to check the quantity of filling inside the goods. We ordered Indi Rolls and the entire dish had only 1 piece of paneer with a little sauce. Not a single piece of vegetable or anything else apart from that. Also the picture on all the food apps indicated 4 fully stuffed rolls. When I reported the absence of fillings - they argued that they cut these (already small) rolls into 4 and deliver them in a large box. The cook & the packing staff couldn't even see that there was no filling inside?

Other minor flaws are that there is a common seating on the ground floor and each time you have to check on the product readiness, you need to go to floor 1. But this is the problem of the property,...

I visited this place last Saturday with my friend. It was terrible. First of all the outlet is on the first floor and the food court is on the ground floor, which is insane!

Food Come on Pizza Hut I thought u were better at this. The pizza was extremely dry, bland, and hard to eat. We also ordered garlic bread w/ it. It was exactly like the pizza (dry). The only good thing was the beverage (Pepsi). 1 star for the food, and that too for Pepsi.

Service Extremely slow (30 mins) and they don't even serve food. First, you need to look for a vacant seat in the food court ( like literally capture it) which is impossible on Saturday evenings due to the immense crowd and secondly climb upstairs for the order since they don't serve food. Then climb downstairs again.. service is a 0-star for me here.

Atmosphere During evenings, especially on weekends it is hard to find a vacant seat. It's extremely packed and mostly comprises of people working in Kohinoor. Furthermore due to the delay in the service, it often takes around 20-25 mins to find a seat. Atmosphere is 1...
