Raju Bhurji — Restaurant in Mumbai

If you are an Egg- lover, you must absolutely visit this street side joint. It is located in one of the by-lanes of Borivali west and has few stools and tables outside the shop. If you have an issue sitting outside, you could ask for the food to be delivered to your car. The place opens at 7pm and gets crowded within minutes. They serve only egg dishes (Bhurji means scrambled in Hindi) and their menu consists of everything from Omlette, Boiled Egg to Egg Dosa and Ghotala. The dishes are creatively named too. An absolute must have is the Egg Ghotala and the Boiled Egg Masala with Pav (Bread). Ghotala means a mixture and is kind of like Pav Bhaji but made with Eggs. It has a very spicy base of tomato and onion mixed with fried egg and grated boiled egg. It is very spicy! Gobble it with buttery masala pav topped with onions.

A very famous small joint for egg lovers. Egg ghotala and bhurji's are must try. Though the place to eat is in open on small tables and stool chairs, also you can take aways. Evening and night time it's usually crowded as the place isn't huge. If you are person who considers hygeine and ambience than this place is not for you, otherwise the egg items...

The place is not much to see but the taste is really good. A small place having single long table placed outsire the shop with limited chairs. Tried omlette pav which was ok but the egg bhurji was really tasty, would like to try more stuff over here. Would recommend visit only if you are not keen on the ambience...
