Peach Ice Tea Peach Iced Tea is a refreshing burst of flavor in every sip.
Kalimiri Cheddar Broccoli From the moment the dish arrives, the vibrant green of the broccoli is contrasted beautifully by the creamy richness of the cheddar cheese, infused with the subtle yet captivating warmth of kalimiri (black pepper). The aroma is inviting—cheesy, slightly spicy, and earthy. The broccoli retains a nice crunch, providing a fresh, earthy base to the dish. The cheddar is indulgently smooth, delivering a familiar, comforting creaminess. But what sets this dish apart is the kalimiri. The black pepper’s spice gently lingers, balancing the richness of the cheese with a subtle heat. The tender yet slightly crisp broccoli pairs wonderfully with the velvety melted cheddar. Perfect for those looking for something familiar with a hint of spice. However, the spice of cardamom was overpowered and sat on tongue, so every bite was full of cardamom, which made the next dishes taste like it too.
Tiranga Kofte Visually, the Tiranga Kofte presents itself well, with three distinct layers symbolizing the colours of the Indian flag. The presentation is appealing and sets high expectations for a flavourful experience. However, the dish's appearance slightly outweighs its taste. The kofte has a decent blend of spices, though the flavours don’t quite come together as cohesively as expected. Each layer brings something different—the green layer offers a mild herbiness, the white layer is a bit bland, and the orange section has a touch of heat. However, the balance between them feels uneven, with the spices not blending as harmoniously as they should. Since the appetizer had cardamom hint which was overpowering, the outer layer green part of kofta also felt it had cardamom which wasn’t pleasant on tongue.
Amritsari Kulcha The Amritsari-styled kulcha is a delightful treat. Each bite offers a perfect blend of crispy exterior and soft, flavorful interior. The traditional stuffing of spiced potatoes and herbs is well-seasoned, providing a hearty and satisfying taste
Lachha Paratha The Lachha Paratha is a standout with its perfectly layered, crispy texture. Each bite reveals a delightful combination of flaky. Though they forgot to add butter because it was some miscommunication, It was perfect size not big not small.
Tadkewali Dal Tadkewali Dal delivers a heartwarming, flavorful experience. The smoky aroma from the tadka (tempering) hits you immediately, preparing your senses for a rich and comforting dish. The lentils are cooked to perfection—and well-spiced. The tadka of ghee, cumin, garlic, and chilies adds depth, bringing a savory warmth to every bite. Each spoonful is a harmonious blend of velvety dal and robust, fragrant spices. It’s a perfect dish for anyone seeking bold yet balanced flavors in a simple, soul-satisfying homely meal.
Jeera rice Jeera Rice is simplicity at its finest. The delicate aroma of cumin wafts through each grain, giving the rice a warm, earthy fragrance. The cumin seeds add a subtle crunch and a toasted, nutty flavor that complements the perfectly cooked, fluffy rice.
Halwa (Complementary) Rich and buttery, each spoonful melts in your mouth, releasing a wave of sweetness that’s perfectly balanced with hints of cardamom. The texture is smooth yet slightly grainy, with bursts of flavor from the roasted nuts scattered throughout.
