So this started with late delivery . The pav bhaji is complete 💯 with just pav and bhaji. They wanted us to chop onion and lemon on our own. This is what the lady who takes order told.

Then she said so what if you ordered 1 plate vada . We have given you idli vada and that's our mistake and we won't correct it . In the end she wanted to say that have the idli vada ( again words of the lady)

Idli chilli was too salty . To which the lady said ," It's okay". She started to speak to my husband in a irate tone and hung up the phone stating that it's okay the restaurant will refund the money Thinking level is too down and you are an uneducated guy .I pity on you. Were her repeated sentences. I think due to Covid anyone is being employed.

Also she said that she will send lemon and onions tomorrow morning. Such a shameless person on the parcel counter.

If you cannot deliver what is ordered, kindly have the shame to accept your fault and change the order. We don't care if you have staff or no . It's really sad that such a female is made to sit for taking orders.

For the first time, went to the restaurant for dinner. The location is close to Shagun Arcade supermarket and beside Yes Bank on the Gen A K Vaidya Marg, which is great advantage for visiting the restaurant, especially while booking ola or Uber or Auto for return after the sinner.

Sitting arrangement, furniture and atomsphere are not very pleasant or cozy.

The menu is only for vegetarian. If you prefer continental meals, u can place order while continental food is being served from another area or counter of the same restaurant.

Food tastes are average to nice. Not particularly noteworthy. So, if you want to look mouth watering foods or have particular event, avoid this place.

Billing process is big disappointment because we were served three bills (one for Indian food, another for the continental food and third for the water). The request for single bill has been denied.So person planning for dinner or lunch on company's dime should bear this in mind when they organise their visit.

Given the above, would recommend visiting this location only for a brief or short dinner. Not recommended for group meal (family...

I have been visiting this place since almost my school days. This place hasn’t changed a bit in its appearance. It’s a Udipi kind of place where you get everything from Tea to idli wada sambhar to Pav Bhaji to Masala pav. Basically all fast food items. They even give Chinese and North indian food. It’s a place which serves all the Desi Khaana including chaat. Earlier I use to go to this place to eat their masala pav as its very tasty and spicy. Later I started going to this place to eat Idli wada sambhar, as I love the sambhar what they prepare here. They even serve tasty Pav bhaji and Masala Dosas.
