Kasino Bar. It is located on the 8th floor. This place is quite huge and spacious and can easily fit in large groups. They have a dance floor as well. They do special nights on different days, like bollywood nights on Friday, live singers event, not so bollywood nights, etc. The place is coloured in blue and red. It gives you a pretty cool kasino vibe. Wherever and whenever Chef Saif opens up his venture, i go running to taste his food. My mum is another big fan of his food. They have some VIP seating sections as well. Call them up in advance to know which night is it going to be. It is a new place in Malad, near the link road. It is must visit place if you like shaking your legs with good food and alcohol ofcourse.

Fried fatayer - middle eastern pie or samosa _ generally it's baked but they fried here , samosa dough stuffed with spinach, feta cheese , parsley,sumac , zatar, served with tahina mayo ( tahina is made of sesame )
Vegan over loaded cheese nachos - crisp tortillas layered with vegan chipotle cheese sauce( made of cashew nut , almond , almond milk , chipotle chilli) topped with spicy refried beans, chill beans , jalapeno, scallions, cherry tomato , served with tomato salsa
Cheese nachos _ spinach flavoured tortillas, topped with gochujang spiced cheese sauce ( gochujang is a Korean hit pepper paste ) , bell peppers, green onion , black olives, coriander, mozzarella, cheddar n parmesan cheese
Casado - casado means married man in Spanish. Casado is Costa Rican meal, consists of beans , tortillas , fried plantains, salad , sauteed veggies, grilled cottage cheese steak in the form of protein in tomato basil sauce.
Lubia polow - Iranian green beans n rice pulao, cooked in ghee with onion garlic, sorteed veggies, while spices in turmeric, saffron , served with salad shirazi ( onion tomato salad ) and mast o khiar ( mast in Persian means yogurt and khiar means cucumber ) so yogurt n cucumber dip . One more addition to Chef Saif's kitchens is this newly opened theme bar and restaurant in Malad. Kasino is a much planned bar that has taken some real planning and strategy of a long time and brought forward with the right implementation. From the location to the food to the ambience and the view. Everything is worth it. So every table has a card shape like sphere, heart, etc. Walls have king and queen pictures covered in blue and royal golden. Kasino Bar is massive and ultra spacious with a lot of tables spread across. They have a sofa seating section too which goes on reservation. The bar counter at a corner. It's a uniquely themed restaurant which also shuffles offers at intervals and lucky ones get discounts. One important thing is they serve only Vegetarian food.

CASADO Casado is Costa Rican meal , consists of beans , tortillas , fried plantains, salad , sauteed veggies , grilled cottage cheese steak in the form of protein in tomato basil sauce. This platter is basically an all-in-one. It has the essential elements and correct taste. The blandless of rice is perfectly covered with sauce. Steak is flavorful and so were the exotic veggies apt. Recommended

UMM ALI Means ali'mither. It's an Egyptian dessert. The creaminess makes it very heavy and filling. Layers of dryfruit bring in and add on to the richness of the dessert.

We were a group of 4-5 people for partying an occasion so had a lot of food and drinks, So i am going to sum up here the ones i liked and will try and mention the name of other dishes we had.
In starters we tried "Harumaki", which was a spring roll with a Japanese touch filled with mushroom, carrots and noodles, Perfect one to start with. After that we had "Mini Bun-Less Spicy Veg Cheese Burger Bites", the patty were amazingly delicious a must try item on their menu. "Fried Fatayer", Samosa shaped starter which tasted great as well. "Tiny Potato Cheese Lollipop with Spicy Mayonnaise" was the best one, Kind of a cheese ball filled with Mashed potato and lot of cheese.
"Vegan over loaded cheese nachos" was one of the yummiest nachos i had, the sauce was mouth watering, My friends let the waiter clear the dish before i finished couple of Nachos which i purposely left to have later :(.
Beside this we also tried "Vegan crunchy cake", "Spicy chipotle mushroom", "Sambal cottage cheese", "Korean cheese nachos", Which were also good but I liked the taste of the ones I mentioned in above para a lot better.
In mains we tried "Casado", "Lubia pulow" & "Veg Paprika", Out of which I loved the most was "Lubia Pulao", Perfect taste for me and it was served with a dip with yogurt and cucumber pieces in it. I focused mainly on this one :).
Also tried few Cocktails, Out of which "House special cocktail" was the one i like most, Which was Vodka and Absinthe mixed, Other one was "Scandal Red", which was wine base and also mixed with whiskey, I am sure wine lovers would love this one, I am still getting used to the taste of wine. I don't like whiskey much so may be that was the reason i liked it a little less. Few other cocktails were Oreo cookie and vanilla ice cream mixed with alcohol, Tried this kind of drink for the first time, Didn't enjoy this one. But again those who like this kind of drink may enjoy them.
My other non-alcoholic friends had "Dragon fruit mojito", "Pineapple cilantro" & few fresh lime sodas, Except from fresh lime sodas.
Also tried their dessert "Umm Ali", which is an Egyptian dish with a history attached to it find out the story there if you visit and have this one. Taste wise i would say it had rasmalai kind of base with a rabdi kind of feel overall. That's not an exact description but kind of with an innovative variation to this mix. Only thing i dislike was coconut flakes within which was a minus for me.
Overall had a blast at this place, Glad we were able to find such place and go there. It was definitely a 5 star worthy place, So all the party people go and visit once and decide for yourself. Still a relatively new place so i hope it works for them and we have more cool stuff from there on...
