I had visited this Starbucks store at Ram Mahal, Churchgate about a month ago, and recently I happened to visit another Starbucks outlet elsewhere. Honestly, I was quite shocked to see the stark difference between the two. The other store lacked ambience, and unfortunately, the staff there was rude and not at all helpful.
In complete contrast, the Ram Mahal store has an amazing vibe! The ambience is warm, welcoming, and filled with the pleasant aroma of freshly brewed coffee that instantly lifts your mood the moment you step in. What truly sets this store apart is the exceptional service. The staff here is extremely well-trained, courteous, and genuinely helpful.
I especially want to appreciate Bhakti, who was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. She helped me decide on the right coffee and food options and explained everything with such clarity and patience. Her understanding of coffee and her passion for helping customers is truly commendable. Another staff member, Kajol, was also very supportive—from taking my order to making sure everything was served properly.
Overall, my experience at this store was outstanding. I highly recommend everyone to visit the Starbucks at Ram Mahal, Churchgate. It’s definitely one of the best Starbucks outlets...
Read moreNot a very pleasant experience. Let me start this off by saying i have gone to many branches of this company and i have always thoroughly enjoyed my time. This Starbucks however is different. Despite being right next to 2 colleges they are not welcoming or warm. Routinely telling customers to leave simply because apparently customers find it very loud and that they have nt ordered any beverages. Despite the fact that most branches have a policy to not remove anyone from their. What is really bothering is the fact that some baristas namely Shweta and Dhanashri go around on their own moral policing tangents in the store. Selectively publicly remanding certain young couples for supposedly "inappropriate" behavior which made some people uncomfortable despite the clear absence of customers in the store. In addition to this it is supposedly a policy of this store for not allowing makeup to be worn (simply eye liner and lipstick) on the table or even the bathroom. Also the supposed store manager seems to be routinely live watching the tape and selectively observing customers. Overall not a very...
Read moreThis happened a few days back when I went to the Starbucks Ram Mahal for a coffee. To be really honest I was in a really bad mood as I had just got out early from RCB vs SRH match after watching RCB batting collapse. I ordered Cold Mocha coffee and while taking it from the counter to my table I happen to mistakely drop my coffee and it got split completely. I felt so so bad, it just made my mood more horrible till I saw Akash, the store manager. He really spoke to me calmly and asked me to not worry about anything and it happens sometimes. I really apologized him and other staff for the mess I did but they were really kind and made me fe comfortable. I really wanna appreciate Akash, for the professionalism he showed, for those calm words which made me feel so much better and lastly for Mocha from your side. Thank you so much. I really wish the best for you and the staff and I really hope to see you again ❤...
