We were grateful for their understanding and flexibility in accommodating our attire. However, we believe it is important for the club to reconsider their traditional rule regarding knee pants. Modern business standards have evolved to be more inclusive and flexible, taking into account the preferences and comfort of customers. Adjusting this rule would align the club with contemporary practices and ensure an even more welcoming environment.

Had birthday party on 21/11/2021. First impression was not really good but tough we gave a try. Didn't like their behaviour and treatment. The representative was discourteous. I would like to say that we have paid for the event and the way they have behaved is not at all acceptable. From start to the end very unprofessional. Not proper arrangements were made. TV was not working speakers were not good. There was a party going side by side in the next hall they told us if we can give our speakers to them. Lack of amenities. Most importantly they had outsourced their some staff and they have misbehaved with our female member, as we reached out to the club they literally had their hands up like they aren't responsible.
