Barista — Restaurant in Mumbai

A Fantastic Café Experience at Barista in Shivaji Park, Dadar I recently had the pleasure of visiting Barista café in Shivaji Park, Dadar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The café is conveniently located near my home, making it a frequent stop for me.

Upon entering, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, led by the managers Amol and Muskan. Their warm welcome set the tone for the entire visit. Amol and Muskan, in particular, stood out not only for their professionalism but also for their friendly demeanor. Muskan's charm added to the overall positive vibe of the café.

One aspect that immediately caught my attention was the remarkable atmosphere and aura of Barista. Despite being frequently occupied, the café managed to maintain a cozy and inviting ambiance. The well-thought-out interior design, coupled with soft music playing in the background, created a relaxing environment perfect for unwinding or catching up with friends.

The service at Barista was impeccable. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure customers felt valued and well taken care of. From promptly taking orders to delivering them with a smile, their attention to detail was commendable. Moreover, even during busy hours, they managed to maintain efficiency without compromising on the quality of service.

As for the café itself, the menu offered a wide variety of beverages and delectable snacks. Whether I was in the mood for a refreshing iced coffee or a rich, aromatic cappuccino, Barista consistently delivered top-notch drinks. The quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation by the baristas were evident in every sip.

It is worth mentioning that the café could improve in terms of cleanliness, as there were instances where the seating area appeared slightly littered. Nonetheless, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

Visited Barista after decades. Had Americano. I realised I prefer my coffee a bit citrus than acidic. It seems, Espresso that they used for americano was harsher than many other cafes- more burnt, less Crema, and a much sediment came through. Veg momo were too basic. Okay though. Service was good. Staff was cooperative as far as it could. Outdoor section was completely littered with spent cigarette butts and Ash. To all those smokers who already disregard health, they somehow love trashing the universe they visit. Nothing on the staff who can't keep cleaning after every cigarette butt. Despite no smoking signage, if smoking is expected, then the smokers should take care of the cigarette butts themselves. It's much cooler than trash-production. I met an old friend from school at Barista on Saturday. I have such great memories of meeting my friends at Barista over the years but I never really posted here. However that changes today! I love the coffee that they make at Barista - I love the taste, the quantity - it is not too much and of course, the Aroma. It is really a coffee lover's Paradise. These days I also started liking the snacks - food cakes pastries and others. This time around after the meeting, I forgot my spectacles.
