went there for to have some thing light , since the pluck didnt offer me things light , i ended up at the bar to have a beer and some light snack. The place is awesome and very kind and attentive person at the bar ( anshul if i am correct ) . I had beer from the tap and ordered vegetable gunjum ( vegetable soaked flour and served with tamarind sauce ) . This was served hot and medium spicy but itis deep fried . As i was sipping the beer , i have been observing the chef Lovelly , who has been non stop making Nan roti kabab and other items non stop and also helping the customers and bringing the attention of bar tenders their order from the oven . This youngster was going out of the way helping people. I had an excellent evening and ended the day with Gin gin Mule ( gin ginger and basil ) . I went for the breakfast next morning and my experience was totally opposite of what i had previous evening hence i have given 2 stars. , and noticed there is no specific attention , I waited to be seated , a lady in white Jacket asked me to follow her and on the way she got into conversation and made me stand and after some time she told me that i should wait for some more time . Atlast i was seated in Table 27 . I ordered for Cappuccino and went to order my egg well cooked and made on both sided and get toast of bread. the person taking the order was very busy and he said it will take some more time , so i went got my bread toasted in the mean while . I returned to my seat and there was no coffee and again i told them . since i was hungry i went to the dosa counter and noticed i would go for Potato and onion stuffed paratha , and requested to serve after 10 minutes . My egg didn't come nor my coffee. At last both came arrived , and the egg was running and coffee was tasting great . My bread has become cold and i had no choice. The Parata also came and it was served with cup of curd and mango pickle . The pickel was awesome and i ordered one more coffee and the person who brought coffee to get me one more piece of pickle,, which never came . I could not understand there were many staff place was reasonably full and staff were busy , but you are not getting the service , For the price you pay better service and deliver what is...

For ages have been craving for a buffet which is perfect both in terms of variety as well as taste. Pluck at Pullman Aerocity has made earnest endeavour to provide an experience where variety, taste , hospitality , exoerimece and a value for money deal awaits one. The experience starts at the entry itself the smiling face of the staff and over all hospitality amazed me. The staff guided us to the seating of our liking and there after took us on to show the entire spread would like to compliment Abhishek and Mayank for the high standard of hospitality. One can even oot for the Alacarte menu but I choose the buffet. The spread consists of Asian, Europiene, Indian and Continental cuisines, along with an elaborate chat counter, salad and mezze spread as well. Started off with the Fresh veggie and noodle soup in a spicy broth which was refreshing and could taste the crunch of the veggies in this wonderful broth with chunks of juicy prawns and chicken chunks. Then I tried the Roast Pork Belly with Mapple butter glaze which again was simply yumm .Succulent pork belly with a crisp skin and the sweet Mapple butter glaze complimented it to perfection with the roasted veggies. Numerous live counter offering Fish, Chicken and Veg indian starters cooked fresh on grill were there opted for the Chicken and pineapple from the grill which was perfectly charred and the smokiness of the grill and sweetness of pineapple complimented well with the chicken and cat fish starters. With so much to eat from I tried a bit of Chinese and the Lal mass and Kukkad in Indian, along with dum biryani and raita. Tried a few drinks with Master Mixologist Abhishek, who suggested me to go for the Oak aged spiced Negroni, well the drink served like the traditional old fashioned is a must try , the smell.of oak and the spices just enhance the flavours and perfect drink after ages. The deserts also are equally good with the kiwi burfi being my favourite along with the caramel caramalised crepe served with artisian jaggery and hazelnut ice cream topped with whipped cream and Fresh exotique fruits. Over all simply loved the place will be...

I recently visited the restaurant located inside the Novotel hotel, and while the hotel itself was quite nice and rooms were good but I found the service at the restaurant to be subpar.

Let's start with the positives. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, with a sleek and modern decor that matched the style of the hotel. The seating was comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light streaming in from the large windows. Additionally, the menu offered a variety of dishes from different cuisines, which I found to be a pleasant surprise.

However, my experience with the service was disappointing. Firstly, it took quite a while for a waiter to come over and take our order. When we finally placed our order, it took a surprisingly long time for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy at the time.

When our food did arrive, it was clear that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time, as it was lukewarm and not very appetizing. When we raised this issue with our waiter, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in rectifying the situation. It took multiple attempts to flag down a different waiter, who eventually brought us fresh plates of food.

Throughout the meal, our original waiter was absent for long stretches of time, which made it difficult to request things like additional drinks or condiments. When it came time to pay, the process was similarly slow, and we had to wait an extended period of time for the check to arrive.

Overall, while the restaurant had some positive aspects, such as the atmosphere and menu variety, the poor service detracted significantly from the experience. Given the price point of the restaurant, I would have expected much better service and attention to detail. As a result, I would hesitate to recommend this...

Farmers’ Basket at Pluck – A Culinary Gem in Aerocity Tucked inside the elegant Pullman Hotel, Farmers’ Basket at Pluck is a delightful farm-to-table experience that truly stands out in Delhi’s culinary scene. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance reflects sophistication blended with earthy charm – a perfect prelude to what’s on the plate. What sets this restaurant apart is its emphasis on fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, many of which are grown in-house. The concept of choosing your own vegetables and herbs from the “basket” and watching the chef turn them into gourmet creations adds a personal and interactive touch. The menu is a celebration of global flavors, beautifully crafted with a contemporary twist. Whether you’re vegetarian or non-vegetarian, there’s an impressive variety to choose from – all plated artistically and bursting with flavor. Standout dishes included their fresh salads, artisanal breads, and mains that strike a perfect balance between innovation and comfort. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience. The service perfectly complements the ethos of the place – warm, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates mindful eating, elegant interiors, and seasonal cuisine. Whether you’re here for a relaxed lunch or a special dinner, Farmers’ Basket at Pluck is sure to impress with its philosophy of freshness, flavor, and finesse.

The place serves only buffet on weekends. ambience of the place is pleasant. They have kept different segments for Indian, Chaat, Italian and Asian cuisine. The Kebabs offered (Chicken tikka and fish tikka-(2/5)) were below average. paneer tikka (4/5) was an exception and was well marinated and roasted. The Chaat counter only takes your order to serve it on the table (you must remember ur table number otherwise it will be served to someone else). Indian segment was an attempt to display dishes from across the country. Non vegetarian and vegetarian dishes had common curry. they did have variety of pickles and salad though. In the Italian segment only the pizza was above average, rest of the servings were below average. Their pasta was very poorly served. road side food is better than theirs. words are not enough to express the disappointment it, i hope it's picture can do some justice. asian counter was the best among all. I guess Asian counter's chef was different, sushi, dimsums and noodles were fantastic. The desserts were also very average: Only 2 Indian desserts: kalakand and rabri. Chocolate pastry was very hard. Tiramisu was nice. Their service was very poor. we had to order everything twice in the beginning including glass of water. The price of the single buffet is very high : 4500 per person (incl tax) Even dineout's one plus one offer could justify the value of food
