I recently ordered dinner from Fat Lulu's Pizza via Zomato, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! The food arrived on time, well-packaged, and steaming hot, maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality and flavor.

Fat Lulu’s, located in the heart of Khan Market, is a convenient dining spot, easily accessible via navigation. We booked our table through Zomato to avail a 15% discount, but were surprised when a 10% service charge was added to the bill without prior consent. While the charge amounted to ₹180, it wasn’t about the money but rather the lack of transparency and the service, which didn’t justify this additional cost. Ideally, the restaurant should inform or seek approval before levying such charges.

The entrance to Fat Lulu’s is sleek but narrow, leading to a staircase that feels a bit congested. Despite the limited space, the restaurant has been thoughtfully decorated and maintained to create a pleasant atmosphere.

The menu offers a decent variety, and while the food options are good, the taste was slightly above average. I ordered the Shroom Burger, requesting it to be sliced in two. Unfortunately, it wasn’t served that way, and I had to do it myself. By the time I got to it, the fillings had already cooled, detracting from the experience. The Risotto we tried was underwhelming, falling short of expectations. Additionally, the drinks were served with an excessive amount of ice, which felt like a tactic to dilute the portions.

I visited Fat Lulu's at Khan Market on 4th August 2024 to celebrate Friendship Day with my friends, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Having heard so much about this place, our expectations were high, but what we encountered was far from what we anticipated.

First, we ordered the Chicken Ravioli, which turned out to be hard and crumbly, making it nearly impossible to eat. It was a far cry from the delicious, well-prepared dish we were expecting. Next, the Little Pisano Napoli pizza was a complete disaster. The pizza tasted bitter and unpleasant, with a foul smell that suggested the ingredients were far from fresh. We were appalled by the quality of the food, especially from a brand like Fat Lulu's.

To make matters worse, the service was absolutely terrible. When I requested extra Parmesan cheese and offered to pay for it, I was met with arrogance and disdain from the staff. Their rude behavior and contemptuous looks were shocking and highly unprofessional.

Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The poor quality of food, combined with the terrible service, made our Friendship Day celebration a complete disappointment.
