Highly overrated and very poor service. Placed a delivery order through Swiggy for Dominos delivery on 31 May 2025.The order was placed on 9:13 pm and till 10:32 pm did not even start delivering my order. Followed up with calls as mentioned by Swiggy. Contacted this branch number but the calls were not deliberately picked up. When call was picked up and requested for cancellation the response was deliberately delayed. Finally after the cancellation was registered, the refund is still not initiated. Strongly refrain from ordering from this branch. No basic decency and stunningly poor customer service from an American brand. If there was a zero rating then this would be the one. Highly avoid this brand at all costs even if they give free after 30 minutes. It is not worth the headache and pathetic service they provide. Better to pay premium in another brand and get good service. Good bye and good riddance. We deserve better.
Further update on this review (6th June 2025): Its a week on this issue, there has been no review on the raised issue. There are mock and fake replies on the issue being investigated. Its seems that Domino's is hand in glove with the poor service and unethical practices of this franchise. Kindly avoid hassles and go for a premium reputed brand like Pizza Hut and Taka pizza in Pondicherry.

I ordered medium margarita pizza for my kid and when I recived I saw there was no cheese only red sauce and it was not well cooked it seems like we ould be having papad with sauce and I complained to store manager but he dint respond properly and I returned it and he informed that I would get refund and I dint get anything..I don't care about money but they are looting the people and don't care about services..employes were very rude. Store manager and counter staffs were trying to tell me that dominos makes such pizza only but dominos you check my account i ordered many pizza from your other outlet also but there is huge difference in pizza , they are far far better than this outlet..maybe profit oriented outlet who don't care about sops and customer satisfaction. Second incident posted earlier. I ordered through swiggy and swiggy does not take complaint against dominos as they deliver the food ..so nobody listen after delivery your rotten and stale food ..I ordered burger pizza and dominos asked me to change as then I ordered paneer Tikka garlic bread and u can't imagine I got rotten /stale food and smell was so bad ..I could not eat ..then I called dominos they just said call u in a 2 minutes .subsequently they stopped picking up my calls..they don't bother about health of the persons...I will escalate this matter ..store manager should call me as early as possible..coz I could not reach them... On the night of my order, around 10:25 PM, I placed an order for my kids, who were hungry and waiting. We waited until 10:58 PM with no sign of delivery. Concerned, we tried calling the store directly — several times — but our calls went unanswered. After 11:00 PM, the phone was switched off entirely.
To make things worse, Domino’s customer service chat was unavailable past 11 PM, so we had no way to get support. We kept trying to reach the store until 11:30 PM, but no one responded. It felt like we were completely ignored and misled.
I raised multiple complaints with Domino’s customer service over the following days. Every time, I was told that the "concerned department" would get back to me within 24 hours — but most of the time, no one ever did. Eventually, when I did get through, I was told the issue would be taken up with the local store, but no real action followed.
It’s now been almost two months, and I still haven’t received a refund or any meaningful resolution. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability from a reputed brand like Domino’s is shocking.
