Remember these two words to have the best Chicken Wings in the world.

We went to @skygardenpondy here as a couple planning to order some Aperitif, drinks and a main course each but while suggesting me the chicken wings, the Server Mr.James described to me in detail the way their chicken wings are cooked and I left everything aside and ordered this soul food along with a can of beer to wash it down.

The wings were deep fired evenly and not too oily, the crumb was spiced up nicely and then ensured it didn't have too much flour to make it soggy. It had the right amount of crunch which made it more heavenly with the spicy mayo on the side. And the most important part was that the Chicken was fresh and not the frozen variety.

I don't have much of an appetite nowadays but I never realised when I finished those 6 pieces of hot and spicy buffalo wings.

The restaurant is truly lucky to have such a courteous head server Mr.James who not only takes good care of the customers but also knows each and every dish very clearly and is able to inform the diner about the intricacies of each.

Maybe I will just visit here again soon...

We also ordered the Grilled Fish with Lemon Butter sauce, herb rice and Grilled Vegetables.

It was done perfectly. The fish was fresh which is the most important factor since it determines the outcome of the dish. The Fish was "NOT" a Basa fillet which literally has no taste and the lemon butter sauce worked like a charm. The butter giving it a sweet taste and the lemon giving it a acidic flavour making the dish feel light on the palette. The rice was a little but dry and could have used a dash of butter but the Grilled vegetables were done up perfectly. The vegetables were not grilled up too much ensuring they don't leave a burned up aftertaste and neither too under done to make them soggy.

Sky Garden in Pondicherry is, without a doubt, the best rooftop restaurant I've come across in the city. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Every dish I ordered, from the Prawn Cocktail to the Fish and Chips, Cottage Cheese Stick, and Brownie, was an absolute delight. The flavors were rich, and the presentation was impeccable. However, the Prawn Cocktail stood out with its exceptional taste - a dish that's hard to come by in many Indian restaurants. Kudos to the chefs at Sky Garden for their culinary expertise.

Don't taste lobster, it's very worst here.We visited this place on new year 2020. We not got seat to accomodate, that much crowded during new year night. We almost waited for 1 hour to get the table,we get it around 11.15 pm. We ordered food and dishes ,the taste is unique and excellent. The hotel is situated at the top floor of the building.

Service : Excellent service they provided and they are dealing all the customers equally.

Parking : we need to park the vehicle on streets.

Food : Here you get both veg and non vegetarian,Drinks also available with various varieties .

Cost: Not that much costlier,it's affordable price.

People : Most suited for couples and youngsters.Many foreigners also visiting there.

Owner & Management : They are very kind and thankful to customers,who visiting their hotel.

Amenities : it's located in a nice place,seeing the sky and eating with friends always a memorable one.we can go back to olden days,since we visited the restaurants with our school friends.
