Burger King — Restaurant in Pune

Had a worst ever burger in my life time. Order no 786 on 17 Dec We were too hungry to have patience for complaint as the kind of stuff we had. Veg masala the highest in the veg menu was too much disssappointed, no proper stuff and patty was too much fried and to our surprise it was neither hot as the cheese would have got melted but it didn't happened. The whole burger had no feel of freshness at all and simply filled with tasteless chips and jalapenos with no vegetables at all. We had to consume this for the sake of hunger as we didn't had patience to keep waiting again. Seriously we will never visit/order burger King stuff. I dont know what action for tis feedback they will take but to be honest after dining it here at burger King , we felt cheated of and left with dissatisfaction feeling especially for the quality we had. I recently had a disappointing experience with a takeaway order from Burger King. I placed an order at 10:40 AM and arrived at the restaurant at 11:35 AM, only to be told that my order had not been started because they said they didn’t receive the payment. This was despite the fact that I selected the cash on delivery option. The whole point of takeaway is convenience and efficiency, and this experience was anything but that. I had to re-order at the kiosk and then wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. In total, I waited nearly an hour and a half for a simple takeaway order. I had a really bad experience at Burger King, Hinjewadi. The service was extremely slow — it took over 25 minutes just to get a simple burger meal, and the place wasn’t even crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. When I finally got my order, the food was cold and the fries were soggy. The burger bun was dry, and overall, the quality didn’t feel fresh at all. Tables was not clean. We asked many times but didn't get reply on that.

The tables were dirty, and no one bothered to clean them despite multiple requests. Hygiene definitely needs improvement. For a brand like Burger King, this outlet was a big letdown. Definitely not visiting again unless things improve...
