Bluemoon Kinaraz — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Just go upstairs and get a photo clicked so that you can get out and eat some good food somewhere else. We went as a huge group and we couldn't be seated for atleast 30 mins. Then we ordered food. Every second dish we pointed at was not available. Mutton was not available. It was such a disappointing place to be at. Waited like 30 mins for every other dish.

Further clarifications - We arrived late because there was no parking spot. In that case also we arrived to see places empty but there was no one working on fixing tables together which was the cause of delay. I have been to restaurants which entertain people late for at least 30mins and if their location is hard to find then even more. As far as food service is considered, The order time was not mentioned in any menu part that was shared with us and neither did the waiter mention that it would take time. Considering the party was hungry, we would be happy to get food that would come quickly. As for the food I get that you have some limitations when it comes to some seasonal items but not for things like crispy corn especially if you served it like 2 plates 20 mins ago. It's truly unfortunate that I have to write a negative review for this establishment on January 6th, as I had booked a table for six people to dine with a beautiful view in the evening. Upon arriving, we were left unattended for over 15 minutes, and then we witnessed a group of individuals dancing to live music in an inappropriate manner, causing discomfort to families who had come to dine. These individuals appeared to be intoxicated and did not seem to be a family group. The place itself is lovely and peaceful, but such behavior by these people should be stopped. It would be better if only families and well-behaved groups were allowed in the establishment. They were standing in front of our table and singing so loudly that it was not possible to sit there for long. We did not end up dining and left after paying a bill of Rs. 9,000. Stunning views overlooking the lake; you can see the city palace, many of the temples and picturesque mountains. The food is authentic with large serves (to the point I had to order less than I expected as I could not finish it all) with both veg and non veg options. With a serene atmosphere and the choice to attend while live music provided by local musicians from Thursday, Saturday & Sunday, it quickly became my favourite place to eat. The service was amazing, the manager Ghanshyam went above and beyond, not just for my time in the restaurant but also to ensure I was able to experience the true Udaipur culture of hospitality. I was able to ask him anything about food, local lore, traditions AND helped me organize transport/tours to guarantee I was charged correctly and saw all the best spots.
