What happened to this place? I hate to put bad reviews but I had to for this one. It used to be so good w freshly baked cakes and pastries. It was seriously the worst cake I’ve ever tasted. It seriously felt as if eating cardboard! The pizza was ok. We were saved because of the Ice creams (that too Kwality). I took the kids and was raving to them about it due to my childhood memories. God, we’re we disappointed. Don’t waste your money. And the service, what’s up w that? It isn’t a big place. There were 3-4 people standing behind the counter, they wouldn’t greet, serve or suggest w anything. I felt sad seeing how the place has gone from great to bad. They have a shelf of pre-packaged items. I mean they are a bakery for godsake! They have so much potential but looks like management doesn’t care enough to make it better.
