Pizza Hut | Adyar, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I went with my family for an unlimited pizza meal. The person who served the meal was unaware of the menu items,she kept pushing other items and kept suggesting the wrong menu items. The first four pizzas were tasty but the next pizza was half baked. We had specifically mentioned vegetarian option since the beginning,but in the middle,one of the staff came and questioned our preference again showing how confused she was. Just because someone orders an unlimited meal doesn't mean that the staff should judge them lol. I thought pizza hut had improved flavours but this experience proved me wrong. One of the pizzas were in the condition where the sauce and cheese were falling off but the manager kept assuring us that the milky mist cheese was that way and then we specifically ordered veggie feast but they got us very a cold country feast pizza. And then when we kept questioning about the service,they finally served us one good pizza and a promise to be better in the future. We had to keep reminding them regarding our beverage and garlic bread (which came to us at the very end, it was also cold and we had to return it). But our food experience was not good and the customer service was the worst. Hope they do a better and actual good service in the future. We hope to visit in future for better food and customer...

"Disappointing Experience – Will Not Order Again"

I’m extremely disappointed with my pizza delivery experience. I ordered on Saturday 26th Apr. The order was over 1 and half hours late, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. The pizza crust was soggy, and the toppings were barely warm, which made it clear it had been sitting around for a while before being delivered. The delivery agents Shiva and Keerthika were playing around with my orders by keeping on tossing me from one person to another.

Not only was the food not up to the usual standard, but the delay really threw off our lunch plans. I reached out to customer service, but all I got was a generic apology, which didn’t make up for the poor experience. I won’t be ordering from here again and would advise others to think twice before placing an order. Not worth the wait or the money.

The customer service also said that the Adyar outlet would contact me on this, but till now these guys have not contacted me. No way reach them directly either.

Also, I see from the other reviews that the owner rarely responds to reviews that have issues.

Would definitely not recommend anyone to order from...

I usually am a big fan of pizza hut's pizzas but my recent order was a big disappointment.

We ordered this pizza called Awesome American Cheesy Chicken.

We had asked for additional mushroom toppings and paid extra too but it was completely ignored.

The pizza was supposed to have texas garlic sauce but that was ignored too. It almost feels like the order was made in a rush. There was no attention to detail and does not do justice to the commitment pizza hut offers.

Despite this the pizza arrived 45 mins late and even after multiple calls there was no action taken.

We called the customer care but they said they were helpless and gave the store's number. But very conveniently the store manager's number was switched off. (I think his name is Satish).

They said they will provide justification in 48 hrs but no response or call until now.

Pizza hut, you may be amazing and loved by all but today you are losing a valuable customer who loves pizzas and would have generated a lot of sales for you. This may be insignificant for you but as a person who takes pizzas very seriously, this has been a heartbreaking...
