Ambience.. was excellent.. they have paid a lot of attention to minute details and put a lot of efforts to re vamp the place. With all the lightings and decor , right from furniture till cutlery everything was taken care. The seating were also comfortable .. the doodle art and kids room was quite the concept. Staff .. they were friendly and helpful around. The dishes were served on time and the place was kept neat. The prep station was kept clean. Food.. before we went there , there were lots of raving about this place.. it was on my must visit list as I'm a foodie. But my expectations weren't met after the visit today. The first thing was cream of mushroom.. so creamy and milky that it tasted like pasta sauce .. have never tasted such a creamy mushroom soup anywhere across. The consistency of the soup could have been better. Garlic Chicken starters.. too good. Savoured the whole plate.. kids loved it.. a MUST TRY.. can't forget the taste even after returning back home. Fush and chips.. a better choice than the soup.. but again not that great.. french fries were crispy and fresh.. loved it .. Pasta.. many of my friends recommended.. we had the white sauce.. but spaghetti for the sake of kids.. not a big fan as we felt both the cream of mushroom soup and pasta sauce the similar taste.. not a best choice.. may be arrabiata sauce ones could have been better .. not sure though.. French omlette .. not a big fan again.. Pizza.. was fresh and tasted good.. tried the smokey and cheese.. smokey wasnt that smokey but cheesy one was good.. the bread was good. Not a fan again.. Desserts.. tiramisu.. a good try. Choco truffle.. good choice..
On the whole.. the service was extraordinary good. But place was too noisy. Lots of young people wanted to try here. If u are looking for a peaceful place to savor your dinner - then u must be lucky that day. Unfortunately we were surrounded by two different groups who had a great time, while our family dinner time was all in silence as we couldn't hear from the opposite side of the table even. Sadly.. nothin the management can do about it sadly.. we know it too.t. The food didnt meet our expectations.. willing to try again just to see if today was an unlucky one for the chef and us . The ambience killed us when we walked in.. and increased the expectation for food.. but food, bein a foodie, after trying so many dishes it was an average meal.. People will come back anywhere for just the food , not the ambience or service.. will request the in charge to improvise the...

Some of the staffs were friendly and the person incharge was sweet enough to provide the toddler with some extra balloons they had thank you for the sweet gesture. Coming to the food , while I was waiting for my friends to join me I ordered dishes like Chicken strips , rose milk for the kids and that was something preferred for kids. The dish had 5 strips and more fries it was priced at 425 INR. Rose milk 190. Later, we ordered white sauced pasta , red sauced pasta , garden paneer pizza , chickpeas and walnut cutlet each dishes were ranging from 375 to 475 INR , at last we ordered one cold coffee and coconut milk with coffee it was ranging around 275. The food taste was good, the way it was presented was appetising, I personally felt the chicken strips could have better quantity for the pricing and even the chickpeas walnut cutlet was very blunt in taste. Rose milk 190 is too much it’s way more pricey for it. They can scope down prices for certain dishes.
Service: Service approach is fine but we had to wait for so long to get the orders placed. We could not much waiters visiting us and to check on us. It could have been better if you could improve your terms in service by greeting the customers and to check whether everything was okay. For the pricing and so called experience I strongly suggest this has to be improved. One of the waiter gave us suggestion when I asked something that’s kids friendly starter I appreciate that. What ever we asked they delivered but the time was lagging Location. It’s a great space utilised lively location in a prime place. Very peaceful. But cleanliness level has to be improved. The eaten plates cups are left for longer period I noticed. The curtains were dirty. Kindly take extra care of your things so we also enjoy everything altogether :)
Except certain improvements required we enjoyed...
Read moreFinally I found a good Italian place. I had to travel 15+ kms, but it was definitely worth it. Fika! Where do I start? The ambience was one of a kind. I fell in love with their glass domed house. One of my friends hosted their engagement ceremony here and it was downright magical. heaves a long sigh
Now, onto more important things, the food! We ordered the chunky mushroom soup was delicious. The chunky portions of mushroom with the combination of paprika and dill just made the entire experience heavenly. Off to a great start, we ordered siricha chicken wings, crispy calamari, and mushroom phyllo. The crispy calamari was average. The mushroom phyllo was good. But the winner was siricha chicken wings. They were finger licking good and we ended up ordering another portion.
Coming to the main course, we ordered mushroom ravioli, chicken ravioli, fish and chips, grilled prawns, and chicken tarragon (we customized this one, it usually comes with a peas mash, we asked for a potato mash instead and they accommodated our request). The mushroom ravioli and chicken tarragon were the best of all. The mushrooms were so caramelized the ravioli was so juicy. The chicken tarragon was cheesy, gooey, and pure bliss. Fish and chips was crispy and the tartar sauce was perfectly balanced. The grilled prawns was something of a let down because it tasted like butter poached prawn.
Finally, the most important item; dessert. Again, we ordered a wide variety of desserts, ranging from their original tiramisu to pannacotta and blueberry cheese cake. If you are a fan of Starbucks cheese cake, you will love this as well. The original tiramisu was creamy, juicy, and delicious. The pannacotta was perfectly jiggly and light. Overall, it was a great meal. This is one of my good food days that I'll cherish for...
