Good bakery. But off late service is deteriorating. They don't heat the food like puff and bun unless you ask. But my experience was even worse. Bought 3 bun butter today (15th Oct) and specifically asked the sales person to heat it and pack. Went home and opened to find out it was cold. Never heated. Tried to call them and enquire. The sales guy became defensive and did not admit his mistake. He was repeatedly lieing that he heated it. But I can clearly see the coldness in the bun that was kept in AC room for hours. So un ethical guy. Atleast he could have admitted the mistake. How can I prove it was cold ? Should I take, all the half eaten pieces, to the bakery again and ask them to test? Should I check the ccctv footage to see if he had heated it ? Poor ethics of few employees here. MANAGEMENT PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS INCIDENT. I have been a loyal customer for hot breads since 2019. First time I am raising an issue................... Update- 16th Oct. Store Manager Mr K Sivaprakasam reached out to me today. Expressed his regret for what has happened. He took total responsibility to resolve the issue. I found his approach very professional. I ordered for Chocolate Truffles Birthday cake through online and I expected it to be delivered on 14.11.23 from 5.00 to 10.p.m. It rained heavily on that day and I assumed that the cake was not delivered due to the heavy rains.

The next day I fumed at the customer care person regarding the non-delivery of the cake, especially about money not refunded since I accepted that the delivery might not have been possible due to heavy rain. The customer care person, Mr. Bhaskar responded with great patience and clarified that the cake was supposed to be delivered only on 15.11.23 from 5 to 7 p. m. I apologized and requested him if he could deliver the cake by 10 a.m. on 15th. He agreed and kept up his word. I received the cake even ahead of the time, by 9.30 a.m. on 15th.

The cake was really tasty and I take this chance to extend my appreciation to Mr. Bhaskar who responded to my calls patiently and expedited the delivery. He is really an asset to the Hot...
