Jonah's Bistro, Phoenix Mall — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Jonah's goes to Japan but they never forget to adapt authentic dishes for the locals. Located in Phoenix, it is quite convenient if you have parked your vehicle in the mall. Of course, this isn't entirely accurate because phoenix's crowd is quite unpredictable. I have parked my car all the way up in P8 before! Anyway, moving back to the restaurant, I shall first address the question any foodie (oops... Customer) has, yes, you guessed it right, food!! Each Jonah's has its own speciality and the speciality of this Jonah's is Japanese food. Don't worry, they are beginner friendly in terms of food. I enjoyed the kyoza and so did my guests. Even the sushi, a dish I am not quite fond of, was quite appetizing for me. Wait!!!!! If you are like my parents who don't fancy the Japanese cuisine too much, don't worry. Their continental and Asian are quite tasty too. Their Thai curry was quite coconutty. It did overpower the spice. Nonetheless, it was enjoyable. "Yeah yeah, we get it. Enough about the food!!" Sure, I'll move on to a part that made this restaurant stand out: their service. "Dear waiters, I'm really sorry about all the problems I caused you. I must have been quite a tough customer to handle! But more than anything, I'm quite glad that all my fuss was received with a smile. You also knew when to reject my fuss and when to accept it." I believe that this apology/gratitude letter summarises their service quite well. As for the atmosphere, I believe that it was average, of course if you exclude the waiters. Reliable, Cozy & Family Friendly — Jonah’s Bistro Never Disappoints

Went for a casual dine-in and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, even helping me park my baby’s stroller and ensuring a comfortable setup. The space is compact yet thoughtfully designed to be stroller and wheelchair accessible with staff support.

I’ve visited multiple times and consistently enjoyed the food. Highlights include the panko chicken (a must-try with spicy mayo), chicken club sandwich (generous enough for two), and solid 9/10 for teas. Cold coffee was excellent, nasi goreng decent, fries satisfying, though the crispy calamari rings fell short.

Really this is the worst place to dine in phoenix mall, would recommend everyone to eat somewhere else, truly the worst experience, there were cockroaches everywhere and there was hair my my salad, the foods are over priced and the quality of the food is very bad had ordered club chicken sandwich, which had stale bread and chicken like cardboard, the drinks were tooo overpriced for the quantity and overall no hygiene maintenence, truly i though that this place has a 4 rating so ideal to eat, but truly the worst and really regretting 2000 rupees i spent, the waiters were good but the management is worst, would never pay 500 for a stale sandwich and roaches roaming everywhere, literally the worst experience everr, and plus they added 10 percent service tax which was optional but when i told them to remove they said its compulsory, and can't express my disappointment through this review, but requesting everyone there are better resturants...
