I had a worst customer experience today kobe sizzlers, first floor, phoenix mall. I and my friend ordered soup and veg noodles and after half an hour we received our order. The noodles were very average in quality and taste, and it’s not even served hot. We adjusted and had our food. It cost us 569 rupees and we paid the bill through cash giving them two 500 rupees. Waiter came back and told us that they don’t have change and asked us 100 rs or a card. We didn’t have either and told him the situation. The manager was looking at us and suddenly came to our table with very angry face and told us ‘sorry, we don’t have change’ and threw the notebook with the money in our table. Since we both didn’t have the exact change for bill, we told him we had to go out to an atm and return back with money. When we are about to get outside, the waiter came to us and told us they have change now and got the same two 500 notes from us. For the whole time the manager was looking at us angrily as if we were some culprits who stole the food from their restaurant. Even while giving us a change he was cursing us in Hindi under his breath. It was worst the customer experience for me from any restaurant. I would suggest people not to visit the particular place, even if you go, keep exact change in rupees. Or else you would be treated...

Kobe sizzlers in phoenix mall, first time I went, that day AC was not working, on being asked the manager and the owner who was sweating heavily said it's the problem in the mall itself. A resto serving sizzlers without an AC, it's unbearable to sit and enjoy. I left the place immediately. Today I went after almost a month, today the waiter said, card machine is not working do either cash or paytm. Ok compromised. Ordered 3 sizzlers. All came late, ok compromised. Taste was nowhere close to the Mumbai branch. Totally disappointed. Behaviour of the waiter worst. The owner was having some issues with some vendor I guess, he started scolding someone on phone. Every other customer was looking at him but he was continuing his discussion loudly. Bill came with cgst, sgst and SC, on being asked waiter told me, SC is like tips of 10% we are charging as service charge. I requested him to remove so he changed the bill amount. Read moreNever ever visit on a Sunday... We ordered a sizzler which is usually delicious... But this time it was not up to the mark and the way it was served was pathetic. Most importantly, the way the order was taken ... I just didnt want to order anything more. Another time, there were just 4 customers in the entire restaurant and our order for a chilli cheese toast was completely forgotten despite reminders... We cancelled it finally because we were fodo with the main course and dessert. 😂😂😂 The staff is inexperienced, under trained and pretty openly solicits (insists) for '5' ratings on zomato even if their service was ordinary or plain poor. Every time that I have visited during the last 2 hours of business, they seem to have issues with the card machine and we end up paying cash... That also includes a default service charge by the way, if you haven't noticed. They don't bother returning the change even if the balance is 300+, which goes to say how poorly oriented...
