Mughal Biriyani — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I've been a frequent visitor to this restaurant for the past 3 plus years. Mostly on weekends, I visit this restaurant, the food which is served here is good in terms of quality and taste and they have never disappointed me in terms of taste and quality, they are consistent in giving the same taste and quality so far. This restaurant is budget-friendly to hang out with friends and families for a treat or weekend dinners. I would blindly recommend it to anyone who asks me for a good restaurant in Besant Nagar.

Worst experience. I have ordered for a barbecue chicken and Panneer masala and taken the parcel directly from the restaurant. The chicken parcelled is too much dry and cold. When I called them and complained they asked me to come directly. When I approached them directly all they shown is a rude behaviour stating that no one is complaining them except me. If the food is stale and not healthy how can one eat. They uttered few words which hurt the customer like me. The cashier staffs behaved like owners they might be which I don’t know. They refused to replace and instead they said that they will heat the items and give it back. The food which is not good enough and they are not accepting the mistake. They blamed me for raising the complaint and after a while they returned the Money uttering some bad...

Worst customer service. We ordered a chilly fish here and the smell and taste of the fish is not good actually, so we politely asked the waiter about the smell and taste but he was casually saying "all the fish are having smell like this these are the new one only just eat" he didn't even care about it that is the worst thing. We ate only two pieces but fully paid the amount.

Hotel management can atleast consider what the customer is asking, everyone will not complaint about the food for money. If the customer asking something about the food means atleast...
