Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Today we did a parcel service at Thalappakatti at your Coimbatore RS Puram Branch.

And there is a confusion that some of the orders were missing.

However on what we reported they gave a clarity to us but still there is 1 sidedish is missing.

While checked with the billed agent he started talking that “Our management says are you are manager and you didn’t check and like they said and it become an negative mark to me now”

As a customer I don’t want to hear and all what is happening internally.

However they offered in a way that they can give even they believe it was given and we are lying and said if we want to we will give or they will add it in our account you can get the same valued food next time.

Ideally if a restaurant guy speaks like we can still give you if I am feeling it’s not there which is not acceptable and this is one of the worst and creepy service and response I ever had.

I need an answer for this behaviour with management or else I will get this flagged as one of the worst restaurant to accompany any food service.

The guys way of speech and behaviour dosent have an 1 percentage of customer handling skill as he made us to think that we are lying and he is...

Everything is happening on Saturday 3.30 pm Worst ever experienced at RS puram branch , I wanted to have mutton biriyani and that was not available... I should have left the store .. but my bad , I ended up having chicken biriyani and mutton keema

The chicken biriyani , chicken was not fresh .. Its been re heated and given .. every biriyani lover will know how the fresh meat will be ..

They didn't surve me curd raita , after asking 3-4 times.. one person went out to get curd pack and they prepared and gave me ..

No A/C doors where half open..

Hand wash area la full Urine smell..

Other complaints where happening around me

Kitchen full noise (not the vessel's sound) but Hindi bad words ..

One veg Customer came with his friends group ordered Kuska and got a meat in it ..

Same table Customer ordered for sweet and salt soda , but the served only sweet ( this is very usual)

This is not a good management, pls take action.. This will spoil all your chain of...

Cockroach Found in Biriyani – Unsafe Dining Experience with Family

I recently visited Dindigul Thalappakatti, Coimbatore, with my family, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant and shocking experience. We were served biriyani that contained a cockroach, which is an extremely serious hygiene and food safety concern.

As a family-friendly restaurant chain with a long-standing reputation, I expected high standards of cleanliness and quality. However, this incident reflects a severe lapse in food handling and kitchen practices. Such negligence not only ruins the dining experience but also puts the health of customers, including children, at serious risk.

I sincerely hope the management takes immediate corrective measures, conducts a thorough inspection of their kitchen hygiene, and ensures strict quality control so that incidents like this never happen again.

Until then, I cannot recommend this outlet to anyone, especially families who value food safety and proper...
