Biryani House — Restaurant in Thane

Today when I went to Viviana and thought of trying Biryani from Biryani House, I was utterly disappointed and pissed with the way they behaved. The guy below in the pictures was the cashier and the one who took the order. I order a subz Biryani. We waited for 25- 30 mins to get my order and in between I also went to him twice to ask that how much more time,to which he said 5, mins. Atleast he was too late for us to wait and we finally asked him to parcel and also showed how disappointed we were about the whole episode. He was just not professional enough to say sorry. To add to all the mess already created they gave us a Thanda biryani. When we asked him why so and that you after waiting for more than 30mins?? He did not say anything about it. Instead the other guy was reheating the biryani and giving us(even that was taking ages). A simple sorry or a gesture would have sorted things I guess, but, this guy had no shame at all. Briyani House is Veg and Non Veg eatery at most famous place @ Viviana Mall in Thane West. The food joint is located on the 3rd floor at the food court area of Mall. Dine in & take away options are available.There is common sitting area. Mall is 4-6 KMS from Thane railway station, around 2 KMS from Majiwada fly over.. During weekends expect a 10- 30 min wait time for your order and queue as well while ordering your favourite dishes. Tandoori items are also available here. I feel they have to teach there people who ever is there at counter.they don't know how to speak to there customers..😡 today I went to order my food n later when it was ready I went to take by mistake the token device which they give while we order it was in my hand so they foolish lady rudely replied to me in hindi token do....😠as if I am gona sell it n become rich..I am there old customer so I don't wanna be more rude but I hope next time I visit the personall should be kind....
