Every one can show attitude to any one. But we are paying money not to get attitude and harsh behaviour and worst words that trigger our anger. No problem, but showing anger to the customer who say the words like "sorry, please , excuse me etc., in need some help from the staff is very bad for the business. As a customer we are not begging, we are just paying money for what we want not more than that. This happened in online order in shollinganallur branch as well as phoneix mall. And our respect will be completely gone when we order with less amount of orders and with the attire or dressing sense missing from the customer side which the staffs expecting from the customer. And the person who attended the call from the shollinganallur branch asked us to speak in Hindhi or top notch English because shollinganallur is not in Tamilnadu half part in nort India and half part in foreign or may be his born and bought up is from Foreign countries or the owners of chaayos hiring the America born and bought up staffs. So if you are hiring staff from foreign please serve only foreign customers you can earn more. Because we can't understand their foreign slang. And if you can't understand this english from a tamil guy who wrote the review please inform I will hire a foreigner to write this review. Ya Attitude matters but not to wrong person.

Read morePolitely asked for tissues while being served. The server actually told me to help myself. When requested again, it didn't even bother to acknowledge!. What surprised me was the fact that 3-4 nearby tables made the same request and were given tissues promptly. Mere tissues!..
I have been a frequent visitor at this place who visits min. 2-3 times a month. Primarily it's driven by my love for matcha they serve as well as the polite n courteous reception folks who I don't see anyhow from past few months.
Guess that's the price you pay for becoming too frequent customer. Dirty tables, not being served inspite of requests.
As they say in Hindi, heard it few years ago.. log apna level bhul jaate hain!. (Maybe I forgot mine too that's why did so many visits here.. won't visit now 🫤)
P.S. To me tissues are still not served.. Thank you Chaayos,...
